I'm far from convinced by the Wii U yet, but I don't think it being a stop gap console (if it turns out to be) is necessarily a bad thing.

I wouldn't worry about it, I expect this protest to peta out quite quickly.

I think the technology of the 3DS could be better used to make a Pokemon Snap sequel.

Could also be done well on Wii U with the new gamepad come to think of it.

Hmm, kind of annoyed that I have most of those games on cartridge now.

I have dreamed of running a bookstore, although I've never as yet dreamed of playing a game of having a dream of running a bookstore. Might check it out for 200pts, could surprise me.

Are we to infer from the miiverse image that there is going to be a Yoshi platformer on Wi U? Probably not, but it would be good.

Probably just a mistake, but the box looks really good!

FLUDD seemed completely charmless and to me didn't feel like he belonged in the Mario universe. Yoshi vomiting violently wasn't his finest moment either.

It's a good game, just not great.

I feel it's quite an uneven experience. I think Noki Bay is absolutely beautiful and one of the best levels/worlds in the whole Mario series. Wind Waker was the same for me, not consistently great, but had some highlights of the franchise.

I thought Nintendo had changed, but once again they revert to typo.

So, you're judging a game by it's cover, or at least it's review. I've read this review and others, and have been given little reason to believe the game is innovative.

Why is it not about points in this game, do you need to collect a certain amount to finish a level?

If the 3DS XL version were region free, I'd get it.

On a side note, why do people insist on regarding people's views in a binary fashion of either love or hate? I hate the term 'hater'.

I don't hate the 3DS XL, I quite like the look of it, but can't justify the expenditure in my current position.

I think Nintendo will get to that 1 million coins mark before we do.

Good point, I would have thought Sakurai might have put more pressure on Nintendo to include a conventional controller than Activision (to clarify, my musings, not fact!)

Quite a few people, myself included, criticized Namco for including a 3D movie in their Tekken 3DS game. It is a truly awful movie.

Completely underwhelming.

I remember enjoying this as a child. I guess I was just wrong.

That Nintendo have overlooked Wario in this game, and instead continued his awful mini-game series with Game & Wario is indicative of the direction Nintendo is going in.

I can't see Nintendo taking risks like Yoshi's Island Super Mario World 2, or Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 anymore.

That there are only 200 Pokemon rather than the legion currently in existence is a big plus for me.
