Wow! I hate that for all who have invested their money into the series. For Disney to just cut ties so quickly is wrong. There are way too many people that have bought into DI to leave them with nothing.

It surprises me that so many people are not excited about this game. I will agree based on the article it doesn't sound that interesting but its still a Zelda game and one you can play with friends. I'm buying day one and have 2 buddies doing the same. I think it'll be a fun experience, it may not be a deep game but we will still be able to just unwind and have a few laughs.

By far the best of the NSB series. I thought what set it apart from the rest in the series is that it included mini games that used the touch screen very well. I really enjoyed NSB2 also, but have never enjoyed the console versions.

Never really cared for online multiplayers until I got Splatoon. After reading this, siege mode sounds very intriguing. I wasn't gonna get this since so many other great games are arriving for the rest of the year but I may have to now. What a great time to be a Nintendo fan!

IMO by far the best side scrolling Mario. Playing this as a kid the game felt huge with all the bonus content. It's sad to think that most of the extra stuff in the games back then would be DLC today. If Nintendo remade this game with the New Super Mario Bros. graphics AHHH!!!! That would be too awesome.
@DarthNocturnal agreed Blue Yoshi is best!

@Gridatttack interesting I have actually never played the NES version I will definitely give it a try, and bland may not be the best adjective to use I've played through world 4 and then some of world 7 by warping and I just found the levels to be too similar. I know many people who regard this as the best side scrolling Mario game so I am in no way trying to discredit this game, but I think Super Mario World is the best side scrolling Mario game.

Re: Mario History: Super Mario Bros. 3 - 1990

BoshiBoy

I am a huge Mario fan but I've never really liked SMB3. I love the first 3 worlds and of course the air ship stages but I find the rest of the game bland. It's the only Mario game that I've never beaten all the way through. Does anyone feel this way or have suggestions as to why I feel this way?

Re: Mario History: Super Mario Land - 1989

@sleepinglion I agree totally, the music in this game was very catchy. It definitely set itself apart from other Mario games with the music, but you should take the time to go back and beat it. The graphics are still unimpressive but it's has some pretty interesting levels later in the game.

Re: 3DS Homebrew Hacker Turns to YouTube App As Latest Workaround for 'Tubehax'

Well we will have to agree to disagree if its just a few games that you're missing out on in Japan then you shouldnt make a fuss about it. There are plenty of great games to play in every region on both consoles so be thankful for what you got. And you should be careful assuming things about people and name calling. Some people take that to heart and cyber bullying is a serious issue in today's society. If you respond know I won't because I'm not wasting anymore of my time on you.

@Chaoz It's not closed minded to think that the end goal of this will be to pirate games. It is closed minded and selfish that you would use this hack to play import games at the expense of a developer's game getting pulled because no company is going to leave an exploit open and he knows that. If you are so desperate to play games unreleased over here then you would find a way to buy an import 3ds or Wii U. It's called determination you're just trying to take the easy way out which in my opinion no true Nintendo fan would do.

Re: 3DS Homebrew Hacker Turns to YouTube App As Latest Workaround for 'Tubehax'

BoshiBoy

I agree with everyone else. How can people stand behind and support this hacker. He isn't helping the Nintendo community but quite the opposite. It's not Nintendo's fault they had to pull Ironfall. IT'S HIS!! If you all are so greedy that you have to stoop to this level to play games then you don't deserve to call yourself true Nintendo fans, and be honest no one cares that much about import games the only reason people want this is because it would mean free games, which btw it turn would hurt Nintendo's revenue and hinder all they're efforts to keep delivering premium games to us. Lastly, Nintendo Life should not be promoting this trash.

Re: Video: Kids React to Pokémon Snap In Rather Interesting Ways

I remember being so mad when I realized not all Pokemon were in the game! Nevertheless, I played the heck out of it and still have the Pokemon yo-yo that came with the game when you pre-ordered it from K B Toys. I'm with everyone else though; this game was made to be ported to the Wii U or 3DS.
