Nabbed the Guardian amiibo! Looks epic and usually overpriced at £80 a pop on eBay!
Anyone complaining at affiliates links - it doesn’t cost you any extra and you are throwing a few coins to a website you frequent regularly and which I’m sure doesn’t make a heap of money. Get over yourselves!
Think it would make total sense if they add this around September - a huge wave of people signed up for online on a years subscription when it originally became available in Sept 2018 and will be now be thinking if they should renew. A new offering like this could certainly do the trick.
@dazzleshell I believe scanning this amiibo when you are in a dungeon spawns a Shadow Link that chases you through the dungeon and you eventually have to fight (although it may work for other Links as you say). Sounds like a decent addition to gameplay, in particular for when you have finished the game and want something extra. Plus he looks like a champ.
100% agree with the top 3 - best 3 games of my limited gameboy library while growing up. Links Awakening probably my most repeatedly played through game of all time.
Only games I voted for were the hidden gems of my collection - of those only Tiny Toon Adventures sneaked in at number 49. Was secretly hoping Bubble Ghost would put in an appearance!
It’s a nice little game but not one of those “perfect for the switch” type games as it doesn’t need much in the way of controller input - perfect for iOS maybe (in the least derogatory way that can be meant).
But this is a total rip off - about 7 times the price I paid for it on mobile 5 or so years ago. I’m sure it will inevitably go on sale at some point to the price it should have been from the get go.
Wouldn’t disagree with most of the top of the list (other than I personally didn’t enjoy the Bayonetta games - had to return my copy as I got easily bored of button mashing and skipping cutscenes).
A few games are missing which must be surely better than a couple of those listed outside the top 20 here - Into The Breach in particular but also Inside

Re: Guide: Where To Pre-Order The Zelda: Link's Awakening amiibo
The question is - better to use Amazon UK or Game UK for pre-order?

Re: Talking Point: Do We Still Want Achievements On Switch?
Games just need 3 achievements for the showing off to your mates aspect:
1. Complete main storyline (e.g for Zelda BOTW beat Ganon, e.g. for Celeste get end credits)
2. Do the key objectives (e.g. for Zelda BOTW get all shrines, beasts and gear, e.g. for Celeste get all Strawberries)
3. Do everything humanly possible (e.g. for Zelda BOTW get all koroks and fully upgrade all armour, e.g. for Celeste complete all A, B and C sides)

Re: Tiny Toon Adventures: Babs' Big Break
Randomly I think this was the first gameboy game I ever had! Nostalgia tells me this game was criminally underrated
Re: Bubble Ghost
Awesome game - can still hear the music

Re: Feature: Nintendo Life eShop Selects - March 2019
Baba is You is one of the greatest puzzle games I have played in years and has been up at the top of the sales charts on the eshop!
Not on the list above and no review! Is this just a blind spot on this site or has it been willfully ignored?
