This game is hit and miss for me. Sometimes I get into it, and sometimes I get bored and move on to something else. Looking forward to seeing this on the Gamepad though :3

YESSS!!!!!!!!! It'll be interesting to see the cultural differences from the original, but I love this game sooo much and I'm soooo happy it's getting a NA release!!!! I laughed a little too much when they where chanting "all hail the Virtual Boy!" in the trailer between this, Mario Golf, Mario Kart, and Smash Bros 3DS, I'll be set for the entire summer <3 ありがとうございます、ニンテンド!!

Sooo are these products legal to make? As in, to mass produce and sell? I see a lot of modded consoles around Amazon an Ebay that play multiple old Nintendo games, and have always wondered that. Either way, it looks amazing!!

I really hope this is a true 3D Platformer for the Wii U. Hopefully, E3 will shed some light on this. They made plenty of room to talk about new titles with the Smash Bros Direct :3

I'm probably going to rent this on Gamefly to try it out, and maybe buy it if I really enjoy it, I'm kinda burnt out on simulation games for right now though. I've played soooo much Tomodatchi Collection lately ~_~

@Falco lol, yes xD Nintendo and Sony dominate Japan. I've rarely seen 360 sales go over 1000

And maybe because they're phasing out the Wii in terms of sales? I don't think they're selling the Wii Mini over there, so it's possible. I know the 2DS isn't sold in Japan either.

-_- I'm really hating that tax increase... At least there's duty free stores in Japan... but idk any selling game consoles lol ^^ I always go to Mandarake for games over there, and my next visit will be my first experience with how that tax increase effects higher priced stuff (￣^￣)

I've yet to play the new Mario Party, though. I should try it out soon :3

I JUST came back from picking up a Pro Controller for my Wii U lol XD Gotta have that for Mario Kart and Smash Bros XD

This doesn't bother me at all though as I have a white standard classic controller as well as the black one pictured. These will be easy to buy through online retailers for a while too, so no worries! :3

@Retro_on_theGo yeah, that does sound tricky. Also, the part about banning someone if they disconnect. Disconnecting by shutting off the console should be regulated, but if someones just having Internet problems, then that's not really fair. I wonder if there's any way they could just distinguish why a disconnect happened :/ I'm happy hacks and cheats are regulated though. That way the rankings are genuine.

@minotaurgamer I know, right? D: I ended up avoiding the online aspect of that game entirely because of that.

This made me really happy. Especially since they'll controll people using cheats :3

I'm happy that online players aren't anonymous anymore Now You can tell the seasoned players apart from the novices :3

@DestinyMan You can play as Zero Suit Samus in Brawl just by holding R when selecting Samus on the character select screen :3 It might be L and R, or something, I don't remember the exact buttons :3 but look it up there's a way to play as her at the begining

Im really happy that Yoshi stands upright now. He looks more up to date now :3 I also noticed Zero Suit Samus looks a bit more... Fan-servicey... Lol

I remember people in the stream freaking out thinking Mewtwo would be confirmed because of how Greninja looked in the shadows before the reveal. Even I thought that! This is definately a surprise, and I can't wait to try this character out :3

I really hope there's some suprises in store at E3, as new games NEED to come out for the Wii U between now and then!! Mario Kart will be great and everything, but come on Nintendo! I invested in the Wii U day 1, and I barely use it I know the things capable of some great games... Like Smash Bros... Which won't be out for a while

The sprite used for Yoshi is really bothering me, lol. It looks like an early DS, or even GBA, effect thats trying to look 3d, but is just really pixilated and awrul. I was hoping it would look more polished once released :'<

I reallllly need a good platformer to hold me off until Mario Golf comes out, as thats the next big release I'm getting. Is this game worth the cost, or should i just save my money? Another game I'm looking into is Inazuma eleven, but Ive been playing soo many RPGs lately and kinda want a change of pace. Any suggestions? :3

Games like this are crazy popular in Japan I always liked the Densha De Go series, which is a train simulator... its a lot more fun than it sounds! ^^

My brother loved Famicom Wars and the other titles when we where kids Xp I remember playing one of these titles with him, but I dont remember it much as I was far too engrossed with anything concerning Yoshis, Pokemon, or Tamagotchis at the time XD Definately going to download this and see what I missed out on :3

I haven't watched Pokemon since I was little, but I've been getting into it again recently with XY :3 The new director made Satoshi a little more mature and a slightly more complex character imo. If they could, finally, show Satoshi's father, that would be pretty cool XD

Also, Pokemon Centers where giving out sticker sets to promote the movie last time I was there ;-P

@Fandabidozi I've been breeding and ev training a team for online battles recently It takes some time, but it's really worth it once they're all ready

I'm currently playing Pokemon Battle Trozei, Tomodachi Collection and Rune Factory 4 X3 Though I've also been having sudden urges to partake in some online races in Mario Kart 7 with all the hype lol. Ive been playing Brawl a lot lately too from hype.

The only Sega console I ever owned was a Dreamcast, though I did know many friends that owned a Saturn growing up in Japan. It seemed to be very popular for a time there. Of course, it had nothing on Nintendo and Sony once the N64 and PS1 came out, but I remember a lot of people really enjoying this console.

@aaronsullivan I totally agree.

While the whole tangible effect of gaming is definately fading out, I feel there will always be a market for a genuine, in-dept, gaming experience. There's only so much satisfaction I can get from a pick up and play tablet/smartphone game. It lacks the escape only a true gaming experience can offer. While games are definately going digital, and physical game cards and disks will be a thing of the past eventually, there's still that feel of the controller and the shared experience among among multiplayer games that is physical and genuine. I don't think that aspect will ever change.

Twisted Fusion looks pretty promising so far. It seems like Mighty Number 9 has really started a trend with so many new Kickstarter campaigns showing up :3 I mean, Kickstarter was used before, but now more Potential developers are seeing the potential of fans supporting a project that could never have existed

Even Shaqs' on board with that threat of a new Shaq Fu... Shudders

@JaxonH All that's been said is it's set for a Fall release in North America. Haven't heard anything on a European release though.

@Spoony_Tech I've read that this game plays a lot like EO, and is more of a dungeon crawler like the first two Persona games, so it should be pretty similar to the titles you've already played :3

@Revere Exactly before the direct was announced, I was thinking they might just be holding off so they have a good amount of info to provide at E3. With this Direct comming up, I think they have some big titles ready to be revealed that will be the new focus. Mayyyybe even something new that will be ready by the holidays? As far as Smash Bros at E3, I'm sure people will be able to try the game out, so there will be a little new info at that time as well.

But, yeah, I don't see the game comming out any later than Early November at this point :3
