@mikegamer I didn't say what the issue was... Their customer service was rude and terrible, so I opted to not support them. Went with another brand once USPS stopped delivering it back to my house every time I gave it back.
I'm sad to see this sorry because I'd by any physical game as long as its not from Limited Run Games...
There are other options the developer could choose. I purchased games from iam8Bit and 1Print Games in the past, no issues whatsoever. LRG on the other hand... never again, no matter what game it is.
I remember with Pokémon Blue, I called Nintendo because my GameBoy Pocket screen would randomly jump around. The lady on the phone was very nice, she didn't know how to help though. Suggested I send it in for repairs, which I didn't want to do.
I later figured out it was because a Pokémon in my party was poisoned. Shaking stopped when it fainted 🤣
I have the Switch 1 version of the left column (case + 2 LED controllers) and absolutely love them.
This was when they were still PDP. I'm worried about the quality of their stuff after selling off to Turtle Beach... PDP was awesome. Heck, I have GameCube controllers they made back in the day, with the yellow and orange neon lighting, and they still work!

I had so many issues with 8BitDo back in the day with their tiny controllers... After calling my bank to dispute the whole order, I ended up with a PDP Mini Controller and never looked back.
