Was that the one where they wanted you to hold the remote and Nunchuck like bike handlebars to play?

Virtual Console Arcade isn't dead. :O

Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

What a disappointment - for me at least.

I should have realised, but obviously, the arcade version lacks the GP mode of the Mega Drive version. The controls took a bit of getting used to although I do remember old Sega games asking you to use the action buttons to select different options. Why the heck couldn't they let you choose your stage with the direction buttons?

The music - another fond memory for me is drowned out by the engine noises. I don't see myself playing it a lot now I've realised.

For 900 points, it wasn't cheap either (even before the PAL tax).

Wow, NoA brought us this game too. That was impressive.

800 pts. for a VC Arcade title aint a bad price, but this game doesn't interest me in the least. I would've much rather received the arcade version of Super Off-Road. I guess receiving any VC Arcade titles at this point in the Wii's lifespan is a blessing. To each their own, I guess.

@G4L Hey at least it's better what capcom did in 2010 examples:
Nintendo life reviews
Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 4/10
Exed Exes 4/10
1942 5/10
Black Tiger 6/10
SonSon 6/10
Ghost 'n Goblins 7/10
am I the only one who notices capcom's first 6 vca games?!?!?! They were not well received by any other critics either just saying :p

Well, I think of those, only 1942, Ghosts 'n Goblins and maybe Commando had much popularity.
I'd be surprised if many people said they'd heard of Exed Exes (or it's official English name, wasn't it something like Attack of the Savage Bees?) or SonSon.
Though they were also some of Capcom's earliest games, so it's perhaps not surprising they don't hold up as well as the late '80s/early '90s (CPS series) games they were probably most well-known.

@kingmike yeah you have a point but they could have gave us better games from the arcade!!!! But no thanks to abysmal memory (40mb) that cant happen!!!!
Those 6 games nearly destroyed the virtual console arcade because after that the service got no games since 2010. All in all I rather have 1 great arcade game instead of 6 mediocre ones :p
