I've never played Super Mario Galaxy, but the Rosalina storyline looks decent
Hmm It's all right, but to be honest it's not the first thing I think of when I remember playing Galaxy - that would be the awesome levels. How come you've not played it yet anyway? You really should. It's a very good game.
SMRPG has the best story imo. Mario & Luigi games also have pretty good stories, and Galaxy's storybook gets you all emotional n stuf, like a lot of people have said.

TTYD. No offense to other Mario stories, but it's the only one (SPM aside) where I could say it was consistently good without saying "for a Mario game" at the end. Largely because it was a fairly comedic game, but still.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for me, for pretty much all the reason @kkslider5552000 said, and the same goes for Super Paper Mario as well.
If we're talking main series games, none, because they're all pretty much atrocious as stories if you compare them to games that actually have good stories.
