...I tell you what though, if video game ads were like that today, that would be the most hilarious thing ever. :D

But seriously, this is a tough question. I have it knocked down to NES, Nintendo 64, and Wii (yes Wii). I think if I'm going to say the console that gave me the most memorable experiences, I'd have to give it to the Nintendo 64. In terms of time spent playing I'd have to give it to Nintendo 64 also. In terms of pure joy, I'm going with NES as, to me, it felt like a full package (it was simple to play, yet the games were SO FUN). In terms of my favorite games ever, I'd have to say it's a draw between all 3 consoles.

I'm going to give the gold to the N64, the silver to the NES, and the bronze to Wii.

Heck, it has Chrono Trigger on it, which would have been the only reason I would have picked the SNES over it if it were not the case.

If we are bringing in handhelds, I'd have to change my answer.

N64 still gets the gold, but Gameboy Advance SP gets the silver, and Nintendo DS gets the bronze. However, these are the final numbers (according to myself of course:P)

(scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best)

N64: 9.65 (GOLD)

GBASP: 9.56 (SILVER)

NDS: 9.54 (BRONZE)

NES: 9.23

Wii: 9.19

SNES: 9.17

Gameboy Color: 9.11

GCN: 9.08

Gameboy: 9.03

Virtual Boy: 4.02

The amount of games I've enjoyed on that system is just ridiculous. After that it's somewhat of a tie between SNES and N64 for second place.

Hmmm. Probably the 3DS because with it came the first time I ever experienced the Game Boy catalog and they have a nice thing going with having NES Virtual Console on there too. I just wish they'd give us more. I totally want the NES version of Super Mario Bros 2 to have to play on the go and some other games would be nice too. Also waiting on those Game Boy Advance VC games, Nintendo. Don't act like you can't do it because us Ambassadors know that you can...

Nintendo DS. I bought so many games for that system, and I enjoyed almost every one of them. And I went through an original DS, a DS Lite, and a DSi. Playing Animal Crossing: Wild World for the first time on my new DS is one of my favorite memories, I was blown away. I can't wait to relive some of those memories with my 3DS and the new Animal Crossing soon (hopefully.)
