Sounds good. I'll be watching on [E3.Nintendo.Com] again this year. Worked great last year and they had lots of extra footage going on even after the conference was over which was a nice surprise.

Nice to see that it's not gonna be a direct port of the Ps3/360 version.

I'm not getting this though. Never been a fan of neither FPS games nor the Alien series/movies/games.

Plus and minus button change is great. The analogs however look out of place and very uncomfortable. They stick out way to much.

But I won't judge it until I've tried it.

I'll only get the AR game if it has exclusive Pokemons or something else to offer. If it doesn't, I'm not getting either.

Doesn't mean that any other developer in Nintendos big amount of deva won't make one. And in my opinion this is good news, I personally wan't Sakurai fully focused on making a amazing Super Smash Bros. game.

Looking at the actual console it seems like it won't be able to be turned on it's side or like a stand would be included. They could have changed this though, so we'll see at E3.

I want one as well. I agree that it would look really nice.

Nice. I hope it's like with the 3DS cradle where you can choose to charge the batteries by either cord or cradle.

I would have liked more than just an hour. Feels like Nintendos show is gonna be the biggest of the bunch this year. But I guess one hour will be enough as long as they skip the "our 3DS system is selling great" 'show sales numbers picture' stuff.

Hopefully it'll be an hour to remember.

So don't say it... Keep peoples expectations low instead and then blow them away. This will just lead to people expecting way to much.

That's exactly what I want. So that's great. Gimmicks or not, I'm happy that Nintendo systems differentiate themselves from the other two.

Cause it's optional. If you want to download your games - get a HDD, if not - buy the discs.

I agree that adding a HDD in the system would be a good idea. I don't think they will though since it would increase the cost.

New models might not have this problem. I rarely see complaints about it anymore. But it was a very common problem early on in the Wii's lifetime. Saw lots of complaints about it back then.

Nintendo's E3 show is gonna be good. Both for 3DS and WiiU it seems. Can't wait. I'm glad they're finally entering the online market. About time.

That could refer to hardware changes inside the controller or just simple changes like a different button layout. I wouldn't expect any drastic changes.

I disagree. To me the model they use in this and Rayman Orgins is just horrible. The character design just doesn't match the the games.

Thanks Ubisoft, but no thanks.. They seriously need to get anew character artist. Rayman almost look as horrible as the new Spyro from Skylanders in these games. :/

With the exception of the charcter models, the game looks absolutely gorgeous though! Even better than the first one. Nice to see that they're using a lot of WiiU features as well. But I'm not buying this.

I already know I'll pick this up. I love Mario platformers, boring visuals or not. The games are always a blast to play.

Probably. This one is a sequel to the one on DS though. Which probably means no 4p multiplayer but rather strictly singleplayer with some multiplayer modes added.

While the one for WiiU will be a sequel to the Wii one and feature 4p CoOp multiplayer and hopefully online.

The AR Searcher sounds neat. I think I might pick it up since I can catch Pokemons for the actual game in it. However, I don't get how the 3D Pokedex update can cost more than the AR Searcher... :/

Who would pay 18$ to be able to watch some Pokemon?

I don't see how the 'Rescue Mario' plot-line has anything to do with it being a Mario title. You save Peach in every Mario game but no one is saying it's a continuation of Super Princess Peach or any other game with Peach as the main character. As in a 'Princess Peach title'.

A Mario title should have Mario as the main character, Luigi's Mansion doesn't so I definitely wouldn't call it that.

This is gonna be one of the better 3DS updates. Finally folders!

People need to chill over this. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Piece of cake.

On topic though, I'll be getting this at some point. I loved the first one and IMO the Wii one improved a lot on that with the added multiplayer and level design. Hopefully it'll only get better. Looking forward to the WiiU one as well.

It seems like they're looking at NSMB. Wii as more of a spin-off (or it's own series for Mario multiplayer perhaps) and this as an official continuation of the first game on the DS.

This is looking really cool. I'm so happy that it's not another fighter. Hopefully it'll make it outside of Japan.

Not really. He is making a huge generalization. He bases his future development on ONE of Nintendos systems on which he had a bad experience. Who knows what the WiiU will allow when it comes to online stores and limits?

It's their loss. I agree that the Wii online is crap, and it's been crap from the beginning so that's nothing new. Complaining about it this late and making decisions to stop developing for Nintendo systems is just plain silly to me. But then again, I don't play their games, so I don't feel all that affected by his statement either.

About 2, yes. That's one year too many if you ask me. They should have had a 2D Mario game as a early 3DS title as well IMO. Would have made the first 4 months a lot more bearable.

Can't wait. I've wanted a new 2D Mario ever since New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It's been far too long of a wait. I hope they have some nice level designs in this one and actually improve on the first two games.

They should allow online multiplayer, also, I think that a level creator would go a looooong way to making this game last for a very long time. Can't wait to see more about it at E3.

I'm guessing crowd-pleaser since they're probably making games that allow for a solid launch of the system. Could turn out to be both though, that'd be awesome.

Since they showed New Super Mario Bros. Mii last E3 I'm inclined to believe that this Mario game is just a 2D one. They might be doing a 2D Mario for both WiiU & 3DS just like they are doing with the next Smash Bros. game. To allow for some kind of connectivity between the two.

I doubt it'll be a full blown 3D title for some reason. I'd love to see a new 3D Mario though. But NOT another Galaxy game. 2 was more than enough.

I don't think so. I think they would do swell without him, but I think it's important for Nintendo to keep Mario as a very very well known character. I mean, he's like the Mickey Mouse of gaming. They need to pump those games out to keep his image going. He's the main face of Nintendo.

That's surprising. But I already know it will happen so I'm not worried. It's Port-com we're ralking about here. They'll put this on WiiU as just a easy port cause it'll make them money.

I agree. I'd rather have a console that focuses on being different rather than a mock-up PC. I do however want them to be able to push 1080p visuals on it in some way.

But if I wanted specs and pretty visuals I'd just upgrade my PC some more.

That sounds like an amazing gameplay mechanic. great to see devs making use of the controls. I would absolutely love to see more games use this method. No more annoying pause menus or cluttered HUD's.

Just a clean, crisp picture of the full game. That'd be awesome! I'm definitely getting the WiiU version of Darksiders 2 as a WiiU launch game if this works well.

Black/white would be good intro colors IMO. I'll probably go with white anyway since that looks a lot cleaner to me.

i hope they put the cash to good use on the WiiU and 3DS as well as future systems.
