Definately one of my all-time favorite Zelda games, at least handheld console-wise.
This Mastro's gone electric!

How many hours did it take you to complete this most awesome sequal in the retro Zelda franchise?
I think i plunked in 24 hours? Hopefully you didn't hit up those secret Color dungeons and got either the Offense or Deffense upgrade from that 8-bit babeolicious Fairy which both practically make you feel indestructible. lol I've mentioned this several times before and while LA is an amazing game no doubt, i was still unsatisfyed and dissapointed towards the end of the game because at that point you had too many hearts....Being quick on your toes, using your shield and manouvering/attacking/deflecting enemies and their attacks didn't seem important at all during that point. I was being careless and plowing through the enemies becaues i had an arsenal of hearts(I could afford to take several hits) and it made the game feel sloppy at that point and too easy as far as enemie battles go.
The only peeve i really have, otherwise a brilliant unforgettable retro-portable jounrey it tis!
Legend of Zelda, Zelda II Link's Adventure and Zelda: LA DX are my nostalgia zelda babies. I'm not hippity to the hip with these 3D Zelda games(hated Wind Waker) Yet Skyward Sword looking amazing but it seems like a massive adventure to get into. A Link the Past shall be the next Radical trip to Hyrule I venture into

), but sucky ending itself. No wonder Pit disappeared completely until Brawl.
