@Link977: all joking aside, if you really want, what you could do is as Tasuki said — open yourself up to hypotheticals, e.g. 'what kind of prize would i want for winning a contest' and then host the contest elsewhere. most people around here have backloggeries (and if they don't yet, they can always sign up for free since registration has reopened), and contests/game marathons are a common thing for users to do there, so it would probably go over well. it's your call, though — NL just isn't the place, I'm afraid.
Okay, so just answer the questions, you get a credit, and then... at the end of the week I'll PM you on the backloggery, (Mine is Link977) Would that work?
Question #101: Do you have a fax machine?

A lifetime supply of cherry-flavored, banana-smelling, apple-looking, dryer-heated lint
Who would eat lint??? Yuck.
although I did have dryer sheet flavored bread before
Lint is bread in the US? In the UK its a chocolate.
Do you mean Lindt? That's Swiss anyway ruddy delicious too. I would call lint either, "an accumulation of fluffy fibers that collect on fabric" or "an accumulation of fluffy fibres in one's navel".
And yes, there is a fax machine in my household. LONG LIVE THE FAX!
@Link977: The entire contest must be hosted off-site — questions, answers, and prizes. The Backloggery was just a suggestion because so many of us have one, and because they reopened registrations recently (meaning those that don't have one yet can sign up in order to participate if they like). We can stretch the rules here to allow you to put a post in this thread telling people where to go in order to participate, and of course you're more than welcome to put a link and description into your sig, but that's as far as it'll go here at NL.

Yes, Lindt is what I meant and I agree, it is delicious
