Yes I do online, but I wish wii and 3DS could play imports >.<
Digitaloggery 3DS FC: Otaku1 WiiU: 013017970991 Nintendo of Japan niconico community is full of kawaii! Must finish my backlagg or at least get close this year W...
I import fairly often since my local stores can be really unreliable in keeping stocks of older games. Play Asia and Amazon are where I usually get games from, although sometimes I import through my local store too.
I might do it just for Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem ~ Heroes of Light and Shadow ~, though, if they don't get on it. I really want that game. :/

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I tried to import Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories from the US (a lot less expensive than the ones I found in Europe), thanks to eBay. When the envelope got here, it was torn open and there was no game in it. Who freaking sends a little cartridge in a normal envelope from the US to Norway with no kind of protection, anyway?
I might import some GBA and DS games in the future, though. From the US, not Japan or anything; I actually want to understand what I'm playing.
You will also need to buy power converters and stuff like that for PAL to work in NTSC areas and vice versa (unless it’s handheld).
Not necessarily. If the PSU's external you can just use one from your region. My Japanese N64 and 360 for example are just hooked up via PAL 360 and N64 PSUs.
I mostly play Import games, as the boxes are mostly not as thick as pal ones, I'd miss out on a lot of great games otherwise, I can get some games way cheaper and boxes tend to look nicer.
eBay works for me, and PlayAsia sometimes too. Imports via Amazon are too expensive, people want an arm and a leg there.

I know a seller who did that twice at least. First time the envelope arrived all ripped open like it did for you. Second time my dog got to it and they flew out of the envelope, and now one of the games only turns on half the time. Seriously, if he'd just invest in some good packaging, these problems probably wouldn't have occurred.
To anyone who's done a digital download on PlayAsia, How long does it take for the code to be sent to you? I Ask becuse it's been almost a full day since I payed for a digital download of a 50 dollar Japanese PSN card.
