Perhaps a little depressing topic, but I figure everyone could use a place to vent about the things that disappointed them today. I'll start:
I got this month's Popular Science today. That alone is a disappointment: I thought I subscribed to popular Mechanics.
But it doesn't end there: This month's cover story was about the future of play. I thought maybe they'd talk about the future of Video Games - Nope! Instead they talked about parks and measuring every little aspect of your life. The closest we got was a page after the cover story that talked about Android gaming. It showed a picture of something that looked like an iPhone and a bunch of old Nintendo, SEGA, and Capcom sprites by it, and I'm thinking: "Those aren't on the iPhone!...are they?" Then I read it and it turns out to be step by step instructions to do things we can't talk about here at Nintendo Life.
Who knew one magazine could lead to so much disappointment.
