I think it's funny that everyone complaining about how he looks posts the EXACT same picture every time. He does not look that bad in motion. And, his CGI design in the cutscenes is by far the best Spyro has ever looked.

Well, this Spyro has the advantage of today's technology. I'm sure if the old Spyro was made into a CGI ccutscene it would look so much better than this present Spyro does.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
That's what I find funny too, Popy - everyone just seems to want to jump on the hate bandwagon without actually trying to look at anything other than that initial screenshot.
I think the old Spyro would look hideous as well with today's technology, and I don't know why people use that picture to try to justify him; it looks terrible!
It's called name-dropping. This game didn't kill Spyro, he's been dead for years. All it did was prop his corpse back up for one more go in hopes of bringing recognition to a game that is actually good enough to stand up on its own. I wouldn't be surprised if the inevitable sequel laid the titular dragon to rest and just went with the name "Skylanders" alone.
