Topic: Was E3 or today better for 3DS?

Well, what do you think? I personally think today was better, simply because of all of the awesome anouncments.

I have to agree today was a better day for the 3DS.

I think today was definitely better for those who didn't get to go to E3. Seeing the 3DS in action sold a lot of people, including myself, even though all the units were just running movies. But since its impossible to see the technology working its magic without the unit sitting in front of you, all these announcements and screenshots are huge to win over general public. Can't wait!

Today, because I finally got my only question for the 3DS answered and now I know that DSiWare is transferable! DDDD

Today, because we got at least a release date [March], pricing info, and Virtual Handheld confirmation.

Today by a landslide.

I think that the better question is: "What was better, E3 2010 for Nintendo or the latest 3DS details."

Today's details were awesome, but the E3 announcement is still very memorable.

Although Dragoon makes a good point. The E3 announcement and the reveal (according to media people at the show, such as Corbie) that this was the real deal will be very memorable for a very long time.

E3 won in enthusiasm, to be honest I didn't expect so much from today, but today wins. I can't wait to see the extra details announcing in Feburary.

today was great, a lot of questions were answered, and nintendo gave us exactly what we wanted: DSiware transfer, Mii Channel, Virtual Console. Today was exciting, other than the NA release date being in March. They still haven't made a solid release date, they just narrowed it down to the month of March. I wish it could come to NA earlier, maybe November, or January. But I guess we will just have to suffer for 5 months before we can buy it.

E3 was better because they announced all the games and a lot of details. Today just got us a release date, Virtual handheld and videos.

3DS VC= 2nd best feature on the handheld only to be beat by the actual 3D feature.

I'll even be a bit of a heretic and say i might be more excited about the 3DS VC than the 3D feature. =)

Today was by far the best for the 3DS. Sure at E3 it was nice to see it unveiled to the world, but the game line-up, specs, and such were so vague. I can't believe the news that is coming out...the portable VC has me most excited.
