As long as you don't go off and get a new system, you can delete any games/apps that you wish, and the eShop will let you download it for free again. Just go to system settings and go to data management. When you fill all of your blocks up, you can not store any more extra data, games, music, and apps.

If you delete your Ambassador certificate, you'll miss out on receiving SpotPass notifications about the program several days after the info finds its way onto the internet, so it's your call on that.
You can't delete the Health & Safety video from your menu; if you could, it'd probably trigger some setting that would require you to view it after loading up anything on your 3DS and when you turn it on.
If you fill up all of the blocks on your SD card or system memory (for DSiWare), you will be unable to put any more data of any type on your SD card (or system memory) until you delete something else from your data.

Well it's the same thing over and over. And am i right in saying that you can turn on notifications in your settings anyway? And you can re-download it i guess on the eshop. just seems worthless. i will know when the gba games are available just by visiting this site
Have you seen how many blocks the Ambassador Certificate takes up? Way more than all the games that we got as "Ambassadors". To me it just looks like a video with an endless loop saying the same thing in different languages. I don't see any real purpose in it. I too wondered if we could delete it. And if we "need" it so we can get the final free games, then why didn't I have to download it first before I got the other free games? That was the last thing I downloaded and the last thing I opened.

You don't need to keep it, and you can redownload it at any time, but isn't is something like 200 blocks? The SD card that comes with the system has around 15000 blocks free, so is it doing any harm just sitting there?
Also, if you don't want to see the warning channel why not move it to the far right of the menu, out of the way?
You can delete the certificate once you set the notification. Just don't go formatting your system and you should be able to re-download everything from the e-shop anytime you want.

Okay, I know that this thread probably isn't a perfect match for my question, but I was wondering if it is possible to add/change which Club Nintendo account is linked to a system without loosing the ambassador games.
The reason I ask this is because I finally got a system-lightly used, but with the ambassador program. Naturally, I would like to gain club coins for digital purchases without loosing my 20 games.
@shinesprite I cant see why not, I have had a couple of DSi's, wiis & now my 3DS linked to my account and as far as I am aware, providing the 3DS system had been activated online before the deadline then it is entitled to the ambassador program no matter who actual owned it then. I dont even think you even had to have it linked to a Nintendo club account to be entitled to the free games so I think you are safe to link your account.
