Yes. Bowser's Inside Story is the rare sequel that is as different as it is similar to previous games and is miles better than Partner's in Time.

Right on. This was my biggest complaint with BIS, how linear and small it felt. Exploring every nook and cranny of Superstar Saga was incredibly fun, and the sheer variety of scenery is unmatched in its sequels. I really hope they bring it back if they do end up making a sequel.

Man, I really wish this could happen. I would take this game before any other 3DS game if it existed...

Are there any rumors for a next installment in the Mario & Luigi RPG series? After Bowser's Inside Story, I'd love to play a game where he's the main antagonist again, as I have completely changed my opinion on him. (I have chortles! )

I think having Wario and Waluigi in the next M&L as rivals would be brillant. They could provide a lot of funny moments. They have too much potential to not be used!

Wario and Waluigi would be awesome in Mario & Luigi RPG 4 because Wario and Waluigi=The Ultimate Mario & Luigi ever seen in the world!

Instead of having the characters be sprites, they could change their appearances throughout the game from a sprite to a 3D model; the game could have Mario and Luigi enter different dimensions where their appearances change. I think we should definately see some characters return from Superstar Saga such as Peasly, Queen Bean, Popple and Rocky, and Dr. Egad (even though he did appear in Partners in Time as well).

Anyone remember the Shroob Princess that's under the castle (forgot if it was Bowser's or Peach's). You have to fight two shroobs that thaw out of their ice?

I just started playing Bowser's Inside story after beating it a long time ago, and while playing, I thought that on the 3DS, when Mario or Luigi are selecting their attack/health, the icons would move in a 3D rotation! That would work REALLY well on the 3DS.

I highly doubt it, but I would be so happy to see it at E3.

Due to certain--ahem--events that transpired at the end of BIS, Fawful couldn't logically make an appearance in M&L 4, rendering it unnecessary. Just make more Paper Marios, guys.

Think about it...if Paper Mario is coming to the 3DS, then that means Mario & Luigi...nah, it wouldn't happen....lol

What made me like M&L Superstar Saga so much is the little Details and the teamwork...
I loved how Mario and Luigi danced around when it was their turn to attack.
I loved that awesome little song for normal battles.
I loved how Mario and Luigi would team up together to do some awesome team attacks instead of using items.
I loved How Mario and Luigi Teamed up to get through the terrain. switching sides and using hammers and other (funny) methods to get around.

I loved being able to control Bowser in BIS. But I highly doubt that will be repeated in M&L 4 (if there is even going to be one). Oh well. I hope that there will be something new in M&L 4 that can get my interest. Guess we just have to wait and see.

I still think Wario and Waluigi as major characters in Mario & Luigi 4 would be a brilliant idea. They would be like rivals for Mario and Luigi until the bad guys (possibly Shroobs) become too strong and Mario and Luigi team up with them to fight a greater evil. The reason why I think shroobs is because in PIT, Fawful made a small cameo appearance as a shop owner. The shroobs made a cameo appearance as secret enemies in BIS, and so I think because of that they might try to come back.

I honestly love both the Mario & Luigi series and Paper Mario series. Honestly, I can't see them bringing Mario & Luigi to the 3DS. The 2D is too iconic for the series, which is maybe why Paper Mario is what they're working on for the 3DS... the pop-ups work perfect for 3D. And yet, I can't see them just ending the Mario & Luigi series, there's too much of a fanbase... I really have no idea where they'll go with it. Very possibly they'll make it into 3D, but I just prefer sprites for it, but we'll see...

And personally, I think M&L and PM each have their own quirks and charm and are funny in their own way. Yes, in Mario & Luigi, the main characters have more expression, and I'll never forget some of the characters, like Fawful (loved that guy) and the L33t Hamm3r Broz from Partners in Time, but Paper Mario has it's own humor. Excluding Super Paper Mario, which hardly fit with the others, each game has amusing and memorable partners and so many other memorable characters. As for gameplay, both series have unique battle systems... I can't pick a side, I really enjoy both. Either way, I'm sure neither are going anywhere anytime soon.

P.S. Geno is pretty awesome, I've played Super Mario RPG so many times and I'd love a remake or some handheld version but Nintendo seems to have pretty much forgotten this gem... still, feel free to prove me wrong Nintendo! I'd love a remake and maybe a true sequel with returning characters and similar game play!
