No Street Passes yet. I guess it might help a little if I actually took my 3DS with me, but there's no more room in my pockets after my wallet, keys, and cell phone!
Moco Loco If you find yourself spiritually drifting (as I was for far too many years), remember that Jesus can and will walk across the water to reach you and bring you back to shore.
I was on holiday in Paris & Berlin last month, so I got lots. I'm from the UK and I managed to get hits from France, Spain, Germany, Japan, Canada, Switzerland and Australia. As I live in a small town and work long shifts which mean I commute before and after everyone else, that means more than half my collected Miis are foreign. What's interesting is when you get a mii from a foreign person, the notification appears in their language

I've never even attempted to streepass in the small town I live in, but on my trip to Japan I EASILY racked up 10 hits a day. If there wasn't a cap, I would have no end of recruits for Find Mii!
...Why can't America be more like Japan? D:
I'm working on a game that's coming out soon! Cipher Trailer
@BleachFan - Try going to large public events with lots of people attending them in big cities. It works. I got 5 out of 7 panels and 26 tags going to Taste of Chicago and Pitchfork Music Festival in downtown Chicago. Your personal experience may vary.
Anyone who's streetpassed me has streetpassed someone from a foreign country Mostly because I'm not from here....
That's pretty much my story, too. I'm an American who lives in the UK. Right now I'm in the US on holiday, and I picked up a few hits here. I hope the people who got my Mii were excited to see my Mii from England.

there's a cap? Is 10 a day the limit?

The college I attend has a fairly sizable population of foreign students, so this fall my streetpass hits should be quite diverse. If I can remember to bring the damn thing with me

You can only get 10 StreetPasses at a time when your 3DS is closed. After you get 10, you need to save your Miis by opening the StreetPass Plaza and letting them in through the gate. After that, you can pick up 10 more and do the same thing.
There's always large groups of exchange students in my nearby city (Spanish, Eastern European, East Asian), and although I'm tempted to mingle with them and see what exotic Miis I can snag, I'm no longer allowed within 50 feet of any tourist.
That or it might look a bit strange walking up to a group of young tourists, brushing past them, winking at them hoping to get a connection.

Also, if you want to "play" with your Miis (i.e. collect Puzzle Swap pieces/use them in Find Mii) you'll have to do it before you go to your Plaza Gate to get any more Miis you've StreetPassed, even if you only have like 2 or 3 Miis you haven't played with yet.
I got one person from the United Kingdom when I was vacationing in Florida. I got about 4 hits there, and strangely enough none of them were from Florida.

I have, I was at disneyland for the opening of Star Tours: the Adventure continues and I got 12 street passes that were from Japan. I saw them later and I took out my 3DS and they were all like "OMG," they were excited just as I was. I'm friends now with some of them. Nintendo can bring countries together, THE 3DS CAN STOP ALL THE WARS IN THE WORLD. SOMEONE GIVE KIM JUNG ILL A 3DS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
