I have these games in my 2DS, with Balloon Fight still in its original form.

It's hardly a "program" though.

Yes, I sadly am.
The Ambassador Program is a sad reminder of how badly Nintendo screw up, and how much we over paid for the 3DS before the price cut hit.
Giving us 20 old games as an apology, was a dark moment in Nintendo's history.
I even remember the post I made about it when the news happen in Nintendo life. I wasn't happy about back then neither .

I got the OG 3DS cheap, used and in good condition, so no buyer's remorse here. Just was happy I relied on those buyers who buy gaming units without looking at the current launch line-up.

I bought the 3DS soon after its release, so yes. In retrospect, it wasn't a very good decision, so I can't really complain about the Ambassador Program; not that it's a great apology either.

On another note, if they drop the Wii U's price hopefully they will handle it better this time.

GBA games are the last portable ones before they totally nerfed the difficulty across the board.

(I wish I could still buy into it for £100).

I am! Personally, I could have done without the NES games, but am so glad I got the GBA games. Somehow, I hadn't actually played a fire emblem or metroid game before. Two of my favorite series now.

bought the 3DS on european launch day. some of the games we got as ambassador are real gems. others...well just not.

still playing some of those games and i havent even touched zelda minish cap once. metroid fusion was really cool. still havent finished that.
