Political pun?

It's this service in NA (and elsewhere maybe - idk for sure) that, once you get the app by going to a Best Buy with your 3DS, allows you to get exclusive content like 3D videos, trivia games, (maybe?) demos, and stuff like that when you're in a 3DS-designated Hotspot (check here for one near you). I personally only have the app as I got it from my local Best Buy but couldn't connect to the app itself at the Best Buy for some reason.

Every time I try at a McDonald's or Starbucks, the internet goes in and out so downloads usually fail. It's worth a shot though. I'll try it tomorrow.

Well got the update. and we now have 3D video recording... except it sucks... Shot a video, went to watch it and the strain it caused on my eyes was terrible! (I literally have a headache now.) Thanks Nintendo... ow. But the mii plaza update was nice

Try opening the video in the album and moving the circle pad left and right to adjust how "in" or "out" of the screen the video is. By putting it more "in", it causes less strain. It works the same way as with photos.

EDIT: eShop is down again guys. Maybe the other part of the update (SwapNote, eShop renovation) is being rolled out within the next couple hours?

Update complete, without any interruptions with my Internet that apparently isn't good enough to play MK7 online.

Maybe that will work now... Not gonna get my hopes up.

Keep the 3DS a good distance away from the subject, it's the same with 3D photos. I wonder if you can upload those videos to youtube..... might have to give that a shot later.

Oh, about the eShop. I got on the eShop just after I updated and it literally kicked me out when I tried to see if the ambassador stuff was up. Got a quick look around before and noticed only one change. When you're looking at software it tells you how many people have rated the game next to the user rating.......

I think it's worth pointing out that Nintendo had a victory over Microsoft today. Nintendo's 3DS update wasn't supposed to be here for 2 more days. The new Xbox 360 Dashboard was supposed to be here today, and wasn't last I saw!

Yup, a fellow Oklahoman would notice that. I'm just curious to see what Oklahoma would look like on a map covered in blue. I'll never see it in my lifetime, nor will my children, or their children, or... One of those things like World Peace and having a job I LIKE, that I can't even picture in my mind's eye! Hope Nintendo never has a place in redistricting.

There's also some little additions to the friends list. You now don't have to scroll all the way back to add people, which is nice if your adding a few and already have 50 friends. Also, it tells you when someone added you back.
All it needs now is a proper messaging system and I'd say it would actually be pretty good.

The best new feature is the Music Player in the Mii Plaza.

Wow they even updated Zelda 2 and made it way harder. Oh wait, no they didn't because the games already really ****ing hard!

Just noticed this part of the update to the Friends List - Whenever one of your friends has updated their status (or has a game you can join - someone with MK7 confirm this?), it shows an orange dot next to it like with new SpotPass content.

not side by side so directly uploading to youtube in 3D from what I understand... but it wouldn't be that hard to convert
