But really, SD cards do cost something, and with the money they save on production costs and reduced resale, they could certainly drop the price by oh, say 10%.
I still think you should be able to change folder color and choose between: single letter label, up to four-letter label, or peeking at one of the games inside.
As for the eShop update is great, but shouldn't the "Add to Wish List" button hide when viewing games you already own and games disappear from your wish list when you buy them?
Welcome addition, I'll have to see how it looks. Hopefully, there'll be a collapse/expand all feature and the ability to place folders inside of folders.
There go next month's play coins (sorry KI: Uprising). Currently, I have 13 blue pieces missing across half a dozen panels. With the addition of this new panel, (I'm going to need to become a marathon runner ).
Even though I'm one of the better Maka Wuhu time trial glitchers in the area, I far from exploit other racers online. Unless I know my opponents are going to use the glitch, I usually just fall back, watch what they're doing, and try to catch up.
I have Sonic Mega Collection for GC, and, growing up, I've played these games numerous times on my neighbours' Sega Genesises (or whatever the plural form of Sega Genesis is).
@ImDiggerDan My sentiments exactly. That video made me really see the beauty of the multiplayer. Plus, the inclusion of the remastered NES 3D classic has had me on the fence. However, I'm not too keen on the main story game-play.
Bah, who am I kidding. I've yet to break the seal on my copy of SM3DL and I've barely scratched the 150cc surface of MK7, much less the NL community. I might pick this up in a bargain bin though.
I already have Cubello, so I think I'll sit this one out. Besides, it'll give me a chance to save up for Game and Watch Collection 2 and then the handbag.
If this one is anything like it's predecessor on the DS, than I'm bound to enjoy it. However, HDTV lag and continued lack or a restart button worry me.
I just picked up a copy last night. too bad I won't have time to play it until next weekend.
@Nintenderp That would be like asking, "What was the point of having a Gameboy, if I allready had a NES + Game Boy Player?" The portability factor is key!
Essentially, you would hold a touch screen with buttons and motion controls and (depending on your TV) and a 3D (upper) screen. . . Looks to me like the makings for a 3DS player. Perhaps there could be a Wii U--3DS dock peripheral which allowing players to enjoy everything from their portable (yes, including the Menu) on the big screen, while charging.
After taking it for a quick spin, I can really see how the restore point feature will come in handy. However, wasn't the update also supposed to add local multiplayer?
Looking around the site, I have to say that the transparent layers and overlays (particularly at the top) greatly improve the aesthetics of the site. The search feature also seems a bit snazzier.
However, sharp corners and stark white borders at the top of the page seem like a bit of a setback. I understand that this is just one step towards the new design, but I feel that things such as more subtle border colors could help 'round off' the site. In addition,I know that the team is going for a more bolder brighter look, but the text is possibly too dark. I much prefer the shade used in the "Leave A Comment" box. Also, the newer bolder headings seem to make the titles longer than necessary. Oh, and I miss the fact that clicking the site logo no longer takes the user to the home page. I really like the fact that you can read all your recent posts by either selecting your avatar or clicking "My Account", but don't you think we should also be able to find our posts on the "My Account" page?
Don't get me wrong, I love the site and the new design is great. There are just a few niggling factors which deserve the same care and attention.
I guess I'm not doing as bad as I thought (without attending related organized events). So far, I've StreetPassed 10 random individuals for a combined 28 times. 2 or 3 also had Mario Kart 7. I now have completed 4 "old" puzzles, am waiting on the pink pieces from 2 of the newer ones, and just started my fifth "old" one today!
Really great, I never even saved the princess. If I recall I beat 8-3 (on SMB Deluxe for GBC), shook the system with delight, the battery disconnected, and well I'll leave up the rest to you.

I'll probably get this this year, but I haven't even broken the shrink-wrap off last year's Super Mario 3DLand.

Not too fond of wood the color, but I'd love to have one of those.
Re: Rumour: ViviTouch to Demo Wii U Haptics Tech at E3
I for one would welcome such an addition as long as you can toggle it on or off (sort of like adjusting Wiimote volume)

Re: Mobile Dev: "Iwata Makes Me Fear for Nintendo's Future"
No, but pre-order giveaways (smiles at KI: Uprising), one week deals, and limited-time in-game DLC giveaways are a reasonable compromise.

Personally, back in the late N64 days, I found MP 2 to be somewhat short.
I got much more enjoyment out of the original MP, followed by MP 3.
