I already ordered mine. I have a strong feeling that there will be more "games" in this series. All lego has to do is make another scroll-along build for another NES game. Sell it w/a NES cartridge of said game. Before you know it, there could be a dozen plus "games" that you have on your Lego NES with as many scrolling levels and Lego cartridges that fit into your Lego NES. It seems like it could/will be a brilliant collection!
We are friends w/a reviewer, who has a review copy. I was desperately hoping for a new TTYD. It is not that. But it is such a fun game. After about an hour of gameplay I had forgotten what it wasn't and grew to love what it was. You won't be unhappy!
@TheFullAndy no sir. It is in these tough times that we are required to be vigilant and stand up. Hiding doesn't solve anything. Go. Do your cowering in your safe place. I work. Volunteer. Create industry and commerce. I do and the majority of Americans do to. God bless! πΊπΈ
@TheFullAndy never safety first! Duty first! "The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life."
I have no doubt that these will be modded soon. You'll be able to buy one w/something like: Every Game Gear title, every NES title, and every GBA title for $119.00 shipped on eBay. Trust me. You'll see.
I own the Smash Bros Ultimate special edition Switch. It has detailed (painted on) artwork on the front of the dock/charging station. I keep it in wall mount, on the wall, by my tv. It looks great and it's safe. If I travelled around with my Switch system, however, I fully understand the benefit of a clear protector for my collector's dock. I keep mine home but I'm sure that not everyone else does.
I always prefer physical, however I buy digital sales sometimes. There might be a game that's $40-$60 and then a digital copy will go on sale for $19.99. It's a sale, son! It's hard to pass up.
I preordered physical copy. It looks fun enough. The single pack multiplayer is what truly sold me on it. There's bound to be some family game night fun to be had!
Ultimately, it is what it is. This is disappointing news but I'm sure Nintendo is doing their best. I suspect that we'll get little(r) announcements throughout the Spring and Summer. I believe that we are all waiting (hoping) for that big, blockbuster announcement. What will it be? Who knows. But we need something!
