@Medic_alert Think of it this way. Let's say you worked very hard for years on creating unique content. You get your product to the point you're finally ready to make money on all the time and effort you put in creating it, only to find out someone else just directly copied your creation and is selling it for next to nothing. They didn't put in any work or time creating it, so they can sell it for less than you and still make a profit on your creation. Meanwhile, people thinking it's a victimless crime opt to buy the cheaper copy of your work, taking money out of your pocket. Wouldn't you want to stop that person?
While the value isn't there for me, I don't begrudge anyone else who does find it worthwhile. I can easily afford the extra expense, but I want some bang for my buck. Perhaps they'll add features that will entice me. Until then, that $30 is staying in my wallet.
@BananaMetallurgica I had the original too, but version 2 adds a lot of quality of life improvements, better stretching routines, exercise tutorials, motion sensing, workout customizations, and adds "No Mercy" routines, and better rendered trainers. The original Fitness Boxing always seemed like a beta version. V2 is much more polished.
I hope it is the successor for Wii Fit. Wii Fit is the main reason I'm holding on to my Wii U. I have a small house, so getting down to one console would be nice. It also looks like a more portable exercise system that I could take it with me when I travel.
So far, after over a year of usage, my Switch is free of any cracks, dings, or warping. I do keep it in a Nintendo approved folio case, and put that into a clam shell case before putting the Switch in my messager bag.
I want card versions of Amiibos. I live in a small space & don't have room for all these toys. Also, it would make traveling with them much easier. I'd buy every Amiibo in card form.
I know this is an older review, but I just picked up a used copy of the game, and it's fun. For some reason, Nintendo is promoting the game in the 3DS eShop as a Halloween pick. The New 3DS's camera is much improved & fixes a lot of the technical probems with the game recognizing the book pages. Some folks suggest using a digitized version of the book on a tablet so the lighted screen alleviates the lighting issues the plague the original 3DS. Also, if you lose the book, (Luckily, my used game included the book) Nintendo has the PDF online. For fun, I made an oversized copy, about the size of a children's "Little Golden Book".

Re: Random: Come On Nintendo, There's Clearly Demand For Animal Crossing Build-A-Bear
They should have the Amiibo NFC chips built in so they can be used as Amiibos in games.

Re: This Tiny Nintendo Switch Dock Has Just Obliterated Its Kickstarter Goal
Any particular unlicensed 3rd party dock may work for now, but you're potentially just one firmware update away from bricking your Switch.

Hopefully someone will produce a dock alternative that is officially licensed by Nintendo. Until then, I'm only using the OEM dock.
