@zgillet you're exactly right. Not to mention every new vinyl comes with a digital download code these days which saves you the step of making the copy yourself.

@Discostew you're 100% right. I love that Nintendo makes all their games available and I can play Satellaview, Virtual Boy, and even 64DD games easily with Nintendo Switch online! They're amazing when it comes to preservation /s

64 is great, but Adventures is by far the best Star Fox game

It's really good, and very timely that I just grabbed a Series X on Friday and was able to play this game on it; it looks and runs great. The world is a joy to explore and the combat; while difficult, is making me want to power through in a way that say- the souls games don't. The third boss in particular was pretty tough.

It's absolutely insane that EA won't port Madden over to Switch. The last Madden on a Nintendo Console was Madden 13 as a launch title for the Wii U! lol.

I'd killer for a portable version- at least right now I can stream the Game Pass and even the Stadia versions to my phone to compensate.

@valharian That's really interesting- I didn't know that they were only localized in European Spanish.

I'm American and British English is definitely different, but after a few minutes of playing a game or watching a show you just kinda get used to it. Every once in a while you'll hear a phrase or word that we don't use and maybe need to look it up or use context clues, but that's really it- at least for me. I'd think it's the same thing for British English speakers hearing American English as well.

Bad take, it looks really good. I've never played Chrono Cross and this looks like the perfect opportunity to try it out.

Agreed- GTA is just ok. When I was a teenager it was really funny to run around with cheats and blow stuff up, but I think the appeal is gone for me. I'd rather play any Animal Crossing game than San Andreas and that was my favorite of the bunch.

I'm definitely getting the expansion pack- for my situation it's an amazing value. I'm on a family plan with 8 of us and every person would have wanted the animal crossing expansion so we're saving a ton of money, plus getting the N64/Genesis games that most of us were interested in as well.

Don't support SNK games

I don't like Mobas, but would try this if it weren't for Tencent. I'm looking to avoid anything with their involvement and SNK's going forward.

It would have been really cool if these adapters unlocked more games for their respective consoles or if they just included Sega CD, 32x, and Master System games to begin with, but buying additional add-ons would mimic the feel of collecting real hardware.

Balloon Fight is way too low

Only Tales game I've ever played. I remember it being hard to track down a copy at the time, but glad I did- it's a great game.

Ocarina of Time is my favorite game of all time and filled with little moments like these, but walking out of the Temple of Time for the first time is incredibly powerful. Ganon won and you see the affects of that immediately and throughout the rest of your journey. The stakes have been raised and you spend the next 5 temples working to directly reverse what he had done to the citizens of Hyrule- it's a master class in game design.

Man, Nintendo Land was robbed. Every other game in the top 10 has is available on another Nintendo console and aside from Wind Waker the port/sequel is better lol.

Animal Crossing- nothing else even comes close

I feel like I am the only Zelda fan that isn't hyped for this game...I really wanted to like the first one, but it's just not fun. I've never really been a fan of Dynasty Warriors.

@fafonio Thanks- I'm glad I'm not the only one- it seems like everyone loves the game based on the reviews! I agree 100% that it's just so repetitive which makes it not fun for me.

I bought the first game after they announced this because Zelda is my favorite game series, but I just can't get into it. Everything is great except for the gameplay; I never liked Dynasty Warriors which is why I skipped on the game back on the Wii U, but now it's really hard to get excited about this prequel

Gold/Silver are the best, but Red/Blue/Yellow are my favorites

It didn't officially release, but I'd say Bound High is the best game on the system. Tons of fun if you can get a chance to play it.

The only reason to even bother downloading it is to scan QR Codes in Animal Crossing. It's a very missed opportunity from Nintendo.

I'm rating these on a scale- for an NES game Balloon Fight gets a 10 from me. It's the most underrated game on the system and a blast to play.

Man, people seem upset it's not coming to Switch and are trying to downplay the quality of the original Spyro games. I just preorderd on PS4 and will buy a second copy for Switch once it comes out.

These are the best 3D platformers ever made.

Getting this day one on PS4 and Would get it a second time day one on Switch as well. The three Spyro games on PS1 are some of my favorites of all time and this is what I wanted as soon as they announced the Crash remakes.

I'm sure I'm in the minority on this site, but I'll argue the PS1 Spyro games are better than any platformers on the N64

@Fred13 Nah. I haven't played 8, but the games are related the same way Zelda games are. The same characters like Adol and Dogi will show up, but each adventure is standalone for the most part.

@JJ286 Yes. Ys is a criminally underrated series.
