@Dm9982 "[...] super fast paced Moonlighter [...]" - Oh, I loved Moonlighter. Looking forward to the DLC but your comment just made me want to look into Forager a bit more! 🤔
@commentlife your comment seems to fit with the fact that some other reviewers had totally different opinions than NintendoLife. I thought this was trash until just now Still, not a huge fan of this genre...but it looks more action-RPG-ish than others...so I'll wait for a sale and maybe give it a shot.
I totally agree with the conclusion here: "It's a frustrating response and an even more frustrating situation, though; if games aren't released in a high-quality state on Switch, of course fans will choose other versions, and this then drives EA further away from Switch going forward. It would seem the whole situation is in a never-ending cycle."
Exactly my thought.
A bit of introspection would be smart here. The problem does not always reside in others and their behavior. Sometimes, we are the source.
I'm wondering why some reviews say it has very poor performance, and some say the exact opposite. Curious to hear more about that in the coming days...
@IKAY Do we know if it includes English (and French and all) voices or just text as in the demo? I'm definitely not very interested to stick with Japanese-only voices :/
I’m hoping for some great SNES games, but I’m trying to remember it could be classic gameboy games, which would be pretty sad. Or Virtual Boy with the VR kit...ehich would be even worst, IMHO. Any other console would be good. 🤞

Re: Nintendo 'Indie World' Showcase Announced For Monday 19th August
@NintendoByNature looking forward to seeing reviews of Pine. Not sure yet if it's for me.
Release date is August: https://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/pine-switch/
So, shouldn't be long either way I guess!
Re: Nintendo 'Indie World' Showcase Announced For Monday 19th August
CrossCode available directly on Monday. Please. 🤞
Also, more details about Decay of Logos, maybe? And Sparklite?
Well, now that I mentioned Decay of Logos...other platforms have pre-orders up, but not the Switch. Could it be a sign...?

Re: Review: Forager - A Delightful Fusion Of Stardew Valley And Harvest Moon That You Should Own
@commentlife the lack of story is definitely in the cons for me.
Re: Review: Forager - A Delightful Fusion Of Stardew Valley And Harvest Moon That You Should Own
@NintendoLife Love the new "Joys/Cons" section in the conclusion!

Think about that, EA.

Re: Journey To The Outer Worlds When Obsidian's Space RPG Lands On Switch
He says "following the launch on other platforms [...]". Sounds like it'll be a bit later.
Still, I am super excited! This is one of the rare games that I could have bought of my dust machine, i.e., PS4.
Re: Darksiders Genesis Nephilim Edition Includes A Board Game And Is Limited To 5,000 Units
For Canadians, the standard edition is $40 CAD on EB Games. Not sure why but I bought it! No collector in Canada it looks like, for now.
Re: Download The Oninaki Demo And Transfer Your Story Progress To The Full Game
@SwitchForce I get that, but I am afraid it could be like in the demo: English text, but not the voice. Which would suck, IMHO.

Re: Switch JRPG Oninaki Gets Gorgeous New Screenshots And Character Info
Just FYI, it’s not a JRPG but an action RPG
Looking forward to it, though!
Re: Darksiders 2 Deathinitive Edition Switch Release Seemingly Revealed Ahead Of Time
Do you know what's the most exciting part of this news?
It's that part of those recent listing additions included Biomutant for Switch. That would be pretty cool!
Re: Could A 'Switch Mini' Be Key To Nvidia's Financial Revival?
@BacklogBlues oh maybe.
Here's the news I was referring to: https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2019/04/nintendo_has_no_plans_to_announce_new_hardware_at_e3
Re: Could A 'Switch Mini' Be Key To Nvidia's Financial Revival?
@ZelthkingYoutube in fact, not really. They specifically told there would be no new hardware at E3. It could be before, after or never.
Re: Switch Listing For Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden Spotted On GameFly
@BadAstroZA I’ve seen that too. Good question! Maybe Humble is trying to up their game?
Re: Switch Listing For Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden Spotted On GameFly
I think that it’s totally possible. I asked them two days ago if they had an update and they replied:
"Hey JP! We don't have any news to share right now."
Which, to me, sounds a lot more like a yes than a no...if it wasn’t planned at all they would just say no.
All aboard the hype train!

Re: Reminder: Register Your Switch Launch Games Before They Expire This Weekend (Europe)
@RunGMhx Thanks so much for the reply!
Re: Reminder: Register Your Switch Launch Games Before They Expire This Weekend (Europe)
I tried to do that with Zelda recently (I'm in Canada) and it didn't work, said it was expired. Does anyone know if the delays different in America?
Re: Reggie Fils-Aime Is Retiring After 15 Notable Years At Nintendo of America
Sooo...Bowser is taking on Mario's owners? Interesting.
Re: Review: Final Fantasy IX - A Strong Entry In The Classic Series Despite Some Rough Edges
@itslukec that would be crazy! Would love it. This and Chrono Trigger and all the awesome JRPGs of that era (Breath of Fire, Lufia, etc).
Note for Nintendo: I would be happy with those as SNES ROMS as part my Nintendo Online Subscription and would be happy to pay a bit more.
Re: Review: Final Fantasy IX - A Strong Entry In The Classic Series Despite Some Rough Edges
@DenDen well, you can now re-live those days, anywhere! Assuming you have the time (you know, life and all).
