You must not really be interested by the game in the first place if a 10$ difference makes you change your mind.
If 10$ is really a major increase for somebody, well then maybe just wait for a sale or buy the game second hand. There are many legal solutions to get a game at a more affordable price.
Well, I find these effects really good in Let's Go. The game has quite simple graphics, but they are very clean and those effects truly help them come to life. Depth of field especially, it is use quite a lot (in the menu, in combat, etc.) and it works great.
Super Mario Run difficult? Really? How could it get easier than that?
Sure, if you want to obtain all the colored coins (pink, purple, black), there is a bit of a challenge... but most people won't even try doing that.
This issue, unfortunately, was the price. People on mobile want free-to-play or free-to-start games. They should've made it a free-to-start game : world 1 is completely free, then every additional world cost 2€ or something. When buying at least one world, you can play the other modes (challenges, remix 10). And they could still provide the full pack for 10€ or even a bit more.
Anyway, I'm one of the few who thinks the game was kinda great and really suited for mobile devices. They should add more worlds and features, but unfortunately that won't happen.
So basically it's like Harry Potter... Warned Bros has the movies rights, but the world of Harry Potter can be found in Universal's parks over the world. Now Warner Bros will release the Detective Pikachu movie, but Universal's parks are still building their Nintendo lands.
Well there is still the Mario movie by Illumination... who are part of Universal. I wonder how bad this one is gonna be.
Anyway... I'm still hoping for a Detective Pikachu DX on Switch next year. Didn't not buy the game on 3DS, I just can't play on that system anymore.
So... Last week some "leaks" were talking about an open-world Star Fox "Adventures", now it's a racing game.
A new "open-world" SF Adventures could be awesome... but after the failure that was Star Fox Zero, I really doubt Nintendo would invest so much in a game like this.
Space could be the main hub. With space battles, bosses, small asteroids and stations to explore, lots planets to visit, civilisations to discover, etc. Basically Breath of the Will but with space battles. I would love this. >> Won't happen.
As for the Star Fox racing game... I would just ask : why? Why not a new F-Zero then? It's not like the Star Fox licence will help the game to sell more, not after SF Zero. Both licenses are quite dead right now, but at least F-Zero ended on an high note... F-Zero GX/AX is still considered as an awesome game.
Anyway, these are just the usual pre-E3 fake leaks. Hopefully, Retro Studios big project will finally get revealed, whatever that is (beside a new Donkey Kong).
I would prefer a remake of Zelda 1, even if it's true that Zelda 2 needs one more than the original game.
Zelda 1 could be gorgeous with either a beautiful 2D or a 3D in the style of A Link's Between Worlds (but in HD and more detailed, on the Switch).
For a long time, I though Nintendo would do a remake of Zelda 1 on the 3DS... it was the 30th anniversary after all. It would've been so easy and cheap for them : the engine was ready (ALBW) and they've Grezzo who are familiar with it and with Zelda remakes on 3DS in general.
Of course, I want it even more on the Switch.
But... Zelda 2 deserves a remake too. I'm a huge Zelda fan, but Zelda 2 is the ONLY Zelda game I've never completed (Zelda CD-I are not included). I've completed all of them 100%, even the bad ones. But I don't like Zelda 2. It was ugly even when I was a child playing on my NES, the gameplay is frustrating, the progression is not clear... and it was hard (which is a good thing, but not when it's hard because the gameplay sucks).

Re: Chris Seavor Reveals He's Working On A Spiritual Successor To Conker's Bad Fur Day
Without cute graphics that just won't work... That was the whole point of Conker BFD.
Anyway, after the mess that was Yooka-Laylee, I personally am not interested in another "spiritual successor" to one of Rare's golden age game.
Re: Zelda-Inspired Hazelnut Bastille Wants To Bring SNES Magic To Switch, Kickstarter Coming Soon
Hummm... I promised myself I won't Kickstart a game anymore, but this looks really good !
I hope they'll succeed.
Re: Mineko's Night Market Opens For Business On Nintendo Switch In Early 2019
This game looks gorgeous. I really love the art style !
I'm not sure about the game itself though... We'll see.

Click bait title...
Re: Devolver Digital Announces Gris, A Beautiful Puzzle-Platformer Coming To Switch
Really beautiful! But I'll wait too... the gameplay, so far, seems less original than the art-style. Hopefully it will be as good as it looks.

My eyes! What an awful design. What with all this nonsense on the back of the case?
