@thomystic. It probably never comes up because it does emulate them. The only thing to watch would be loading a save state saved before unlocking something as the entire game sets to that timeframe.

I am pretty average at most things. I hate the attitude on games like Rocket League where you are 2-0 down and the rest of the team want to forfeit. Is winning all that matters?

@TheLightSpirit I think you were right. I remember a mission annoying me as you had about 60 seconds to come back from being 7-0 down, but if you got a super shot in they would save them. Don't get me wrong, still a good game but the simpler Gamecube game was just more fun.

I loved the original but something about the Wii game just wasn't my cup of tea. I think it was the stupid 5 goal supershots and the weird powers.

But does it taste good?

@mcpedwards Certainly in Europe (UK) the eshop says you will get the bonus 250 points after a voucher purchase. This makes sense as the other 250 points would be for buying the game, but these points were received when buying the vouchers. I think it is pretty good of Nintendo really.

I doubt we'll get an increase in the UK but I have several years stacked.

I got the Switch Online Vouchers, already ordered a copy. I wonder if I'll get the bonus 250? Odds are no but you never know!

@UmbreonsPapa I agree with what you say. There is a very aggressive reaction to this and I really cannot see why. People seem to expect the earth when a full years membership equates to £1.50 a month. It is probably worth it if you only want one of the three main things it offers (online, cloud, classic games).

As for people who come onto websites to complain... I have no idea. I Scuba Dive regularly and therefore have no reason to go to surfing website just to have a whinge about how i don't like surfing. But horses for courses and all that!

My brother and I got stuck due to that. Once I played the SNES version years later I realised how much easier it was!

It got tough with a single button joystick. Setting off the force-field with your toe on the space-bar is a skill people just don't appreciate!

If they launched a VC on Switch but my large collection of Wii & Wii U VC games did not come over without having to buy them again I would be far more annoyed than the way they are doing things now. If the other ten games were NES games they would have just announced them with the others. I sense something a bit more modern will make up the other 10. They will probably just be SNES games but if they want to really draw people in to subscribe a Mario 64, Ocarina of Time or dare I say a Gamecube game could really bring in those big numbers.

I reckon Switch Rewards on My Nintendo wil go live. Why I here you ask? The 'Switch Rewards - Coming Soon' Icon has disappeared from My Nintendo.

I think the support the 3DS is similar to how the original DS was a 'third pillar' or how every manufacturer says the old console will be supported even after release of the new one. Time will tell of course but if Switch does well, 3DS will be let to fade away.

We will just have to agree to disagree on this one.

I think it's a fairly obvious assumption. They are clearly putting all of their console and handheld eggs in one basket so their biggest handheld franchise is bound to appear.
