I really, really liked Sonic and Sega All-stars Racing transformed although i only played on PS vita. To be honest, i even preferred that game over Mario Kart for quite some time because i felt that the gameplay is a bit more refined, especially in terms of the items power (too many overpowered items in Mario Kart imho). So, i am definitely interested in a new Sonic racers game.
While it sounds like it could be a (very?) good game - we're talking Retro Studios after all - i still don't really feel it. Would have preferred if Retro Studios showed us something more original, an unique new world, or maybe re-imagined another franchise more dormant than Starfox ... maybe Eternal Darkness, Dinosaur Planet (still a shame that Nintendo did not let this game to be) or their own Raven Blade.
I don't think that i will get this but i can see it being awesome for some families. It really depends on how deep the games will be, that would be my own fear ... that they might be a bit shallow. But honestly it's kind of cool to see Project Giant Robot resurface in this way.
ARMS is a really good game, but i got the impression, that there are not that many people playing it online in ranked mode. I tend to get the same 6-10 opponents quite a lot lately ...
Tbh, i think i have to reconsider my purchase it doesn't bother me that the graphics look slightly worse or that the resolution is lower or that there is no snapmap ... BUT fps-drops not in the region of low 20s but to 10s plus sometimes dysfunctional audio really doesn't sound good to me Here's hoping for a patch to clean things up a bit.
That's definitely a somewhat bold prediction - and a rather precise, i would say - would have been interesting to listen to there discussion: "It could only sell 115,7 Million!" "No way!"
@ThanosReXXX I can totally relate ... i bought the first 3 on VHS back than and rented the fourth from video store. Contrary to the popular opinion, my favorite Urotsukidoji is Nr. 3! Actually, i would gladly re-buy them on DVD, unfortunately it seems to be pretty expensive these days :-/
@Aurumonado Yeah, it's a bit weird ... maybe they wanted to show off a rather "nerdy" character to emphasize that you don't have to be as cool as Sonic, strong as Knuckles or socially competent as Tails to be part of a team of heroes! Or maybe i'm overthinking this a bit ...
I think Suda51 used the WiiMote in very cool ways in NMH, but how would you be supposed to play it without the Nunchuk :-?
So, tbh i don't understand how it should work, i assumed it will be playerd almost like the original game, just with the 2 Joy-Cons instead of WiiMote & Nunchuk ...
That's definitely a cool trailer - and really a great voice actor for Dr. Robotnik / Eggman! Game will be mediocre but somewhat fun - or at least, that's my guess!
Really good ads (imo). But still weird how long it took Nintendo to realize that their old "tame" marketing strategy did not "click" with today's gamers. Maybe it has also to do with the new leadership after Iwata-sans tragic passing (RIP)?
SInce it doesn't have a lot of competition on Switch (right now, at least) it could be a worthwhile adition to the library. Will keep an eye on it, but tbh, i am a bit skeptical (and i don't like the prospect of a ported mobile game that will cost some money on Switch and still has DLC already announced?!).

Sorry, no buy from me - i would have gladly taken a shot at the franchise if it would be a "real" game but not a weird spinoff
