@PanurgeJr The answer to your original question is that most people don't care about or pay attention to the sales figures. It's just the "hardcore" clowns who spend their free time litigating every single solitary movement in the gaming industry, and extrapolating to try and predict success or failure who do it. Your average consumer is not at this level of scrutiny; they just game, and are happier for it.
I for one am interested to finally play this. I'm not expecting perfection, and no one ever should. Some art has value even when--or especially because--it's flawed. YMMV whether you care to spend your time and money, but calling it shovelware is either intentionally trolling or just plain ignorance.
To optimize the game so it runs well. I don't think that a few months is so bad. Not to mention, if they'd released it half baked y'all wouldn't have been so jazzed, screaming "Why not finish the game first?!" Aren't we usually complaining about instant gratification culture and giving devs time to finish, rather than relying on patches? You cannot please people...
I'd much rather pay a flat, yearly charge to get a Netflix-style VC than have to pay $5-$10 per game for the umpteenth time. I hope that's actually what they're doing!
As a fan of games like Snatcher and Rise of the Dragon, I wish the puzzle portions were more substantial. But the style, narrative, and overall message just sound too good to pass up.
@ramu-chan Is there a reason why both versions can't coexist? You're already getting what you want in the other formats, so why not enjoy that instead of crapping on the Switch?

Re: Ultima Underworld's Spiritual Successor Is Headed To Switch
It's really too bad that the Switch isn't getting any support from third parties. So doomed. So very, very doomed.

Re: Diablo III Eternal Collection Officially Announced For Nintendo Switch
After this week the Switch is definitely Nintendoomed to Nintendamnation.
I'll show myself out.
(Also, I had this on PS3 but I'm totally sold on double dipping to get the extras!)

Hmm... I can usually stomach wonky controls if the rest works. I will ponder on this. Thank you, sir!
Re: Review: The Inner World - The Last Wind Monk (Switch eShop)
Please continue quoting The Last Jedi. Every time I think of it, my heart warms and I feel ten years younger!
On topic, does this one reference the first Inner World a lot? If we jump in here, as suggested, will we miss anything important?
