@Ravenmaster Yeah... I'd still prefer the original. Flat textures and blocky characters and all.
By the way: if you want to know how to make videos appear straight away, instead of having these annoying .be links that you need to click on, here's how to do it:

Get rid of all the spaces in that command line, and the video will show up: EDIT:
Just watched that video entirely. Man, what a bloody annoying voice that guy has. I have to wonder about the 9K subscribers...
His camera work is also excruciatingly bad. He's moving in all directions all the time, it didn't make for a pleasant experience watching it.
@Ravenmaster Here, let me help you with that:
Saves people from having to load a YouTube page...
As for if it actually looks better, though...
I suppose it's up to each individual and his or her personal taste. For me, although they can look good, there's always something kinda "off" with these Unreal videos. Perhaps because they also often use standard, in-engine items and assets, that don't necessarily fit in with the game itself.
You'd be surprised by the numbers of people that thought (or still think) that Batboy is real. It's probably the same people that are still hunting for Bigfoot or Nessie...
I own all three versions: the GameCube, Wii and Wii U version, and while there was some initial getting used to the mirrored world, I relatively quickly adapted.
Leafing through the comments here, I can't help but wonder if the people that DO struggle with it, also have issues with the mirror mode in racing games...
@rjejr Yeah, I've heard of it, and I was actually a fan and avid reader of the Cloak & Dagger comic. It's on my to watch list, but that's become quite long by now.
Here's hoping it never becomes as extensive as my gaming back log...
@ThomasBW84 Hey Thomas, so nice to see you and your decidedly pleasant writing style back again on NLife. Are you planning on being a guest star more often from now on?
@rjejr Oh, it's one of those Trump... errrr... I mean fake news sites. We got 'em here too. Never much liked or appreciated them, because they are seldomly funny (in my opinion).
I actually wanted to edit the previous comment, adding to it that I was seriously wondering about how that link got through the NLife site/moderation filters...
@rjejr Yeah, Blake was pretty good as well, but seeing as she was only a supporting role, we can in all objectivity hardly credit her as THE reason why Green Lantern was still a good and/or enjoyable movie. If I had to name one movie where she truly shines, then that would have to be "The Age of Adaline". Go watch that with the missus, if you haven't already.
But Green Lantern was indeed mainly Reynolds, and he truly is a multi-talented, multi-faceted actor, far as I'm concerned. There's only a small handful of actors who can do comedy just as believable as serious roles, or rather: the other way around, without looking like "that comedy actor who desperately wants to be taken seriously" or something to that extent.
As for my anger management comment: I believe I either didn't explain myself well enough, or you misread me. I don't mean that men shouldn't be men and that it isn't okay to be angry at things or people at any given point in time, but I wasn't just angry, I was more bordering on blinding rage, red veil over the eyes, hitting the other party until they couldn't get up anymore kinda angry, and I can definitely tell you from experience that this kind of anger isn't healthy, normal or acceptable.
In combination with my uber-empathy, that sometimes made for all kinds of crazy and an almost untenable loss of control and emotions. So, most definitely NOT one of the better periods in my life. But as mentioned before, I ultimately got a handle on the anger part, and from that firmer base, I was then able to work my way through the other part of this impossible equation.
Due to my more empathic nature, I'd be tempted to leave you your voodoo truths, but to be honest, I'm personally more of an "origin=origin and nothing else" kinda guy, so in that respect, there can be no middle ground, regardless of any personal sentiments regarding a conversational partner.
I'll just leave you with this informational bit from the one online encyclopedia to rule them all:
"Louisiana Voodoo is often confused with Haitian Vodou and Deep Southern Hoodoo, but, while related to these forms of the religion, is a belief system of its own. It differs from Haitian Vodou in its emphasis upon gris-gris, Voodoo queens, use of Hoodoo paraphernalia, and Li Grand Zombi. It was through Louisiana Voodoo that such terms as gris-gris (a Wolof term) and "Voodoo dolls"' were introduced into the American lexicon. "
As for Kristin Kreuk: yeah, in Smallville, there wasn't too much to say about her "role", but then again: most of the time, all she had to do is play damsel in distress. In the aforementioned Beauty and the Beast reboot, she has a more diverse role and seeing as she's a main character, she also had the opportunity to display more of her range of acting abilities.
But yeah, as you did, I'd always be perfectly fine with her just being in the picture and being pretty...
Ugh... yet another "16bit-inspired" title. When the f*** will developers finally stop making these kinds of crappy looking faux 8 and 16 bit titles and actually focus on the here and now?
The title on the front page got me REALLY interested, only for it to become a MASSIVE letdown once I clicked on the link and read the actual article...
@rjejr That's just about as universal a truth as you can get, so where that is concerned, there is no "over there", or over here, for that matter.
But believe you me: we men might be sooner willing/able/indifferent to weathering the storm, but in a lot of cases, it doesn't mean that we like being in the "not dressed for the occasion" situation. Suffice to say where normally, me and my dad would take a stroll down the countryside, we now decided to stay in, simply because of the weather being WAY too erratic.
On a side note: and in my line of business, I only ever see women in more casual clothes in the summer, and more the female version of suit & tie in the more cooler/colder seasons. And needless to say, there's no dresser drawer for them to run to in the office. Would be one hell of a sight, though...
@rjejr Since when are Louisiana and Haiti the same? I wouldn't try that line on the indigenous practitioners of voodoo, if I were you...
I don't think we're going to agree entirely on super hero movies setting a tone. I'll agree to the obvious, which is that compared to Marvel, the DC movies are always trying to be darker and edgier, largely due to the logical fact that the comics are also darker in tone, but in general, super hero movies are all "switch the brain off" popcorn movies, and as such, shouldn't be dissected that much that you get to a point where the small, meaningless things would annoy you that much that you'd pose them as genuine criticisms...
None of what you mentioned so far annoyed me personally, and you're basically talking to a living (and sometimes highly annoyed by the smallest of things) anomaly here, coming from having serious anger management issues in my youth to discovering that I'm actually highly empathic. Imagine for a second how all of that comes together (or rather: clashes) in one single brain...
Nowadays, I've mostly got a handle on the anger part, although at times, I do need to let off steam, and I probably use games for that, currently. Back when I was "slightly" younger, it was sports and martial arts, but I don't have the time and the energy for that anymore, sadly enough. Perhaps I should try to rediscover that again, once the annoying COVID veil has been lifted from society.
Either way: point is that I actually DO fly off the handle sometimes, either in anger or in annoyance, but never about something so insignificant as a movie, especially not one based on 20 page comics...
As for Green Lantern: anyone with even a modicum of a soul inside his or her body liked that movie, although I'd reckon that most of the credit for that shouldn't go to the movie or its script, but to Ryan Reynolds. Just about any movie with him is either at the very least good, memorable, funny or downright impressive, if he puts his serious cap on.
Far as Superman is concerned: I suppose it's the same actor as in Super Girl? Might be interesting to put it on the list, then. Don't know about Bitsie Tulloch as Lois Lane, though. Will be weird to see her in something so light-hearted compared to Grimm, but who knows, perhaps I'll like it anyway.
My favorite Lois Lane's are still Teri Hatcher and Kristin Kreuk. Both stunning women and believable actresses. And Kristin was also pretty good in the reboot of Beauty and the Beast.
P.S.
"Video unavailable"
Although if it's a James Bond clip, I probably already know which one it is.
@rjejr Of course it helped, I ain't a sales trainer for nothing. Language skills are also a part of that...
As for the clothing conundrum: well, our wardrobe may be quite a bit simpler than women's, but you wouldn't want to be wearing a padded ski jacket in the middle of summer, or a track suit jacket in the winter, now would you? So, with the weather fluctuating so erratically of late (this Monday, we've had a continuous carousel of weather symptoms, going from hail to rain to sun to snow and then from sun back into hail and snow again, all in the space of one day) even being a simple-clothed man person could still pose a challenge...
@rjejr First impression that I got from the movie criticism part of your comment is that you're watching them the wrong way: just grab a bag of popcorn, brain switched to zero and enjoy the ride.
That is the ONLY way to watch superhero flicks. There is no deeper, philosophical meaning to be found in them, regardless of whether or not some of them try to put in some kind of moral lesson, something that the He-Man & the Masters of the Universe cartoons actually already did a hell of a lot better more than 3 (4?) decades ago...
(on a related side note: could also be that you're just too impatient, also looking at your zombie comment. Either that or too New Yorkish. I'm WAY more forgiving and patient, apparently... )
All kidding aside, I enjoyed both movies, and I didn't mind the minor revisit to Diana's youth. I thought it was fitting, because she's reminiscing a lot, seeing she's more or less a demi-goddess living an almost endless life, and being alone and all makes for melancholic thoughts.
But more importantly: you have to keep in mind/remember that the movie is made for, with and by women. Kind of like how Black Panther was basically an all-African American effort. And you know how women can get sometimes. Just smile, say "yes, dear" and continue along...
Concerning bringing back her true love Steve, that was obviously because she wished it, so not too stupid at all, in the context of things. Might also be that she pictured/imagined him to be a little simpler/dumber than he really is, which is also evident in the first movie where she is clearly shown to be his superior, intellectually speaking. But maybe I'm reaching there.
Anyway, I liked the movies, I like Gal Gadot (did you know she's married to a Dutch guy and that she actually does speak a multitude of languages in real life as well?), so they were more than enjoyable enough for me, hence the earlier comment of not getting the negativity about it....
As for Superman, I suppose you mean the DC series? That isn't on here yet. We're slightly behind in some ways, and with some shows, we're on even foot with the States, so it's probably a rights and/or money thing why some things are broadcasted more or less simultaneously and others only years after the first aired in the US.
Anyway, what would happen with the spin-off would mostly exclude the original cast, although Trubel was rumored to feature more prominently, and the rest would only guest-star every now and then, which could easily be combined with any of the actors being in other series as well, and of course, most of them are, by now.
@rjejr Well, that doesn't really sound like a very "outdoorsy" temperature at all, even for people like me, who don't mind the fresher weather.
As for Amazon/Amazon Prime, no interest in adding that to the list, I'll just download/torrent anything that I can't get on Netflix. I already buckled once, and that's more than enough, far as I'm concerned.
I had to really think about a Grimm season with "zombies", but then I remembered: it was that long story line about the Royals wanting to kill the Grimm and sicking Baron Samedi on them, who is the legendary cult figure upon which basically the entire real life voodoo culture is based, so personally, I actually found it quite interesting, as with most of the enemies and monsters in the show, which are obviously all based on myth and legends.
Shortly before the whole COVID happenings, there were even talks about making a spin-off of the show, with some of the original characters also popping in every now and then. David Giuntoli, who played the lead role already volunteered, so who knows what lies ahead for that series. I'm hoping they're actually going to make it, because there's not a lot of similar shows out there, unless it's your more basic vampire or werewolf show, or witches, the latter of which, in the shape of the reboot of Charmed, has become all kinds and shapes of wrong, because it now obviously has to be too aware of itself, multi-racial, woke, lettuce, gherkin, bacon, tomato and noodles... (if you don't understand the specific usage of all the words after "woke", just take the first letter of each word, and it'll dawn on you).
On a side note: I found Suicide Squad okayish, at best. I mainly got triggered to go watch it because of Margot Robbie's "insanely" (pun intended) good portrayal of Harley Quinn. Actually kinda hot as well, if I'm totally honest...
And as it so happens, I had downloaded some movies, to take with me to my dad, one being Wonder Woman 1984 and the other being Godzilla vs Kong. I hope you enjoy that one, because I found that one also just okayish, and maybe even less so, due to the total B-list of actors, and obligatory stuff.
But having said that, the fight scenes where satisfyingly solid, and quite enjoyable, in my opinion, so I hope that's your main reason for watching as well, otherwise you might be disappointed.
Speaking of disappointment: I don't understand what all the negativity is about concerning WW84, because even though it kinda fizzled out in the last quarter of the movie, I thought it was pretty decent. Maybe not as good as the first Wonder Woman movie, but that one actually set the bar pretty high, where DC movies are concerned, if you ask me.
And it had better source material. The Golden Age of super heroes in the Great War always ticks boxes for a lot of people, uninitiated and comics fans alike. A nice touch and one that older viewers might appreciate, is a surprising cameo at the end, which I'll not mention here, just in case you haven't seen it yet...
@rjejr The second one, obviously. Just rethink the sentence in proper English, and you should get "it is its own thing".
As for changing clothes: not for these wildly fluctuating instances. If on one single day, it's colder, then I just weather the storm. I have made some mistakes in either direction, sweating my socks off with a WAY too wintery jacket when the weather all of a sudden turned better within the space of a day, and the other way around with a simple training/track suit jacket when the weather suddenly turned colder.
It happens, and I just shrug it off. Weather is so unpredictable that I usually rather just look out from my balcony in the morning, then taking the weather report at face value, or any value, for that matter...
@rjejr Haha, had to use a calculator, though 'cause I'm completely reformed and only use the metric system and the rather inaccurate Celcius scale. So, anything that's miles, lbs, stone, Fahrenheit and so on needs to be Googled, before I can confidently post it. I can average miles, seeing as it's roughly a 1 to 1,6 difference, so I can guesstimate that, but the rest? That's all abracadabra to me...
As for the temperature ranges: yup, only round figures, never numbers after the comma.
They simply just round it off, either upwards or downwards, depending on if it's above or equal to/below a half degree, so 20,6 gets rounded off to 21, and 20,5 or lower is just 20.
To kind of negate the petty number f***ers among us, they'll usually just use the word "averages" in the weather report. So, for example: "this weekend, we'll see averages of between 20 degrees in the West, and 24 degrees inland and down south, with a mild breeze on the coast".
@rjejr But is it on Netflix, though? I believe not, right? Amazon Prime, if I remember correctly, and I'm not about to subscribe to yet another streaming service just for that one title, or even for multiple titles.
Heck, up til a year ago, I was still quite adamant about never going for streaming services, and look at me now: I actually buckled and got a premium membership. Mostly for my old man, though. Netflix has a lot of sci-fi, which my dad LOVES, and what with the lock down and restrictions and all, he's feeling even lonelier than normal, so Netflix binging is a great way for him to take his mind off his situation.
I'm also going over there tomorrow for the Easter weekend, which over here means that come Monday is an extra day off, so we'll have a two day sci-fi marathon, and we'll probably finally finish off the last season of Grimm. Great fantasy/detective series, if you haven't seen it yet, and it actually has a decent ending, unlike some of the other shows I recommended to you...
I recognize your sentiment about some series feeling like one big reel cut into pieces, and under normal circumstances, with regular broadcasts, only getting one or two episodes per week is sometimes an absolutely annoying wait.
As for the Snyder Cut: I guess I'll just have to download it, seeing as it'll probably never, well at least: not in the foreseeable future, be released on any other kind of medium that I own or am subscribed to.
P.S.
Did you right-click/View Image on the Captain America shield picture so you could view it in its actual size? The stamp-sized version that you see here just doesn't do it any justice...
@anoyonmus Well, I'd never put the words "fairness" and "EA" in the same sentence, because they are each other polar opposites. The point is also that even though it was the first time they used an ACTUAL full-blown version of Frostbite (I think, not even sure if it was the full-fat version), that doesn't mean that they couldn't have used it earlier.
Older versions have already been proven to be able to run on the Wii U, so getting them to run on the Switch shouldn't have been a problem either. Thing is that EA has always had a beef with Nintendo, ever since their online deal didn't go through (in case you didn't know: EA wanted to provide the Wii U with their online environment, but instead, Nintendo chose to build their own, which was one of the main things that soured the relationship, and it hasn't improved very much ever since)
Doshin the Giant most certainly is a relaxing and entertaining game, but the criticism is also warranted. Some stuff that happens is downright weird or illogical. Still quite relaxing to play, though.
@aznable As a fellow American, albeit a currently abroad living one,
I most certainly DID get your intent and I laughed about it. Apparently, people from Singa"poor" can't appreciate sarcasm and joking at the cost of oneself...
There was nothing distasteful about it either. That was just reading WAY too much into it, far as I'm concerned.
@anoyonmus And that was exactly my point: there is no valid reason for Frostbite to not be supported on the Switch, but EA will always find some reason to still be able to not have to do that. It's EA's default stance, where Nintendo is concerned, and by now, it's become completely laughable.
As it so happens, I actually had a discussion with a co-worker about the Snyder cut this week, seeing as he was so enthusiastic about it and I wondered if, already having seen the mangled original, it's still worth watching, and he convinced me that beyond a shadow of a doubt, it actually is, so it's on my to watch list right now.
But it is on the long list, because I already have too much to do in several areas, so sitting and watching something for 4,5 hours is something I currently don't have the time for.
P.S.
Speaking of super hero movies/series, this bombastic display is doing the rounds through all major cities over here right now:
@rjejr Ouch. Well, over here, temperatures are also dropping rapidly. From a nice and gentle breeze at 73.4 degrees at the beginning of this week to a cold, blasting wind at 46.4 degrees today...
No snow as of yet, but it has been predicted for Sunday night into Monday morning, so we shall see.
Over here, they have a saying (in rhyme) which roughly translates to "April will do what it will", which in a lot of cases is true, at least over here. I've seen dozens of April snow days during my time over here, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if it actually is going to snow on Sunday.
But one thing that IS different compared to back then, is the wild and almost chaotic temperature changes within the space of a week. That's really something of the current decade, and I hope it's not a precursor to a new ice age, seeing as all Ice Ages before have been following upon more tropical eras, which is the one we appear to be in right now, what with the Earth heating up way too rapidly...
And if it is, then I hope I'll be long gone before then, because even though I like winter and snow, you can only see so much of it before it becomes boring. And even just thinking about having to shovel my way out of my own apartment every day is already starting to make me feel tired...
@rjejr I won't get my shot until May/June. I'm not in any kind of so-called risk factor group, so I'll just have to wait for my turn.
I'd say it would more be like you being the snapper, instead of being snapped/unsnapped/de-snapped, seeing as all the vaccine does, is add markers to your bloodstream, that'll aid your natural defense mechanism to more easily recognize the invading forces...
And, erm... you would NOT want me to control the weather, because I'm not really a fan of extreme heat and/or summer. If the phrase "Winter is coming" wasn't already taken, I would have adopted it myself. Nowadays, I can't stand the bloated and lethargic feeling I get when trying to get things done during the warmer season.
Everything is worse: less appetite, less energy, less sleep, etc. etc. If I had control over the weather, you'd never see anything sunnier than a mild spring time...
I do have to add that it's also the more humid sea climate over here, which makes any kind of above average heat also feel really sticky and sweaty, which is where the bloat comes in too.
When I'm abroad, in far away countries (man, that now almost feels like decades ago) the heat is usually of the dry kind, and far easier to handle, in my opinion.
@rjejr Well, as long as you're making fun of actually "still living in the States" Americans, I suppose I'm kinda alright with it. (safely puts away gauntlet for later use... )
Well, if Mario himself will also be gone from the 31st on, then that's the perfect opening for releasing another "Mario is missing" game starring Luigi instead...
@Jack_Goetz The same thing could be said about your comment. Which, by the way, goes against the community rules:
2. General Behavior
a. Do not post - unless you have something useful to say; Only post when you have something meaningful to say or something that will contribute to the discussion.
Well, it's pretty simple really: it's Sony's fault. Nintendo was first, so they got it right, and it should have become just as mainstream as any other thing that the other two copied from them...
All kidding aside, though: as somewhat of a logical mind, I am always a bit annoyed about X being the upper button and Y being on the left, because anybody with some kind of vague memory of maths or science, knows full well that the Y-axis is the vertical one, so by rights, that button should be up top.
I suppose that Microsoft got that part right, at least...
Either way: I own most Nintendo and Xbox platforms, and personally, I have no problems whatsoever exchanging one controller scheme with the other. It's like flipping a switch in my head, much like how I seamlessly switch between languages in my daily life.
@rjejr A grand? Well, that's an amount that I currently definitely can't afford to miss, much less spend on luxury equipment or apparel...
As for your question: I still think in English, mostly. Even when I'm musing out loud (which I obviously only do when I'm at home by myself: wouldn't want people to think I'm cray-cray... ), it's usually in English. It's both natural and kept, because I also read a lot of English books and magazines, and luckily, the Dutch TV culture is one of subs rather than dubs, so all foreign programs are in their own language, and 9 out of 10 foreign shows are either British or American.
As for measurements and time formatting: yup, fully embraced the metric system, and the 24 hour clock notation, as well as degrees Celsius. I was simply too young when I got here to hold on to the American system. It also doesn't make sense to me, and sometimes even confuses me: I mean who the hell uses stones and pounds (written as lbs, to make it even more confusing) for weights, and feet and inches for lengths? I like and/or prefer exact numbers, and one inch is 3,4 - 3,5cm (edit: or even less, if I remember correctly, depending on it being UK or US inches), which makes no sense whatsoever, and also makes it harder to calculate/convert into other measurements.
With cms it's just SO easy: 10cm is a decimeter, 100cm is a meter, 100.000cms is a kilometer and so on. Easy as pi...
P.S.
Who the heck is Sammy on PS? I know PS is the Sony-related sister site, so please don't tag me in there, but if Sammy is a Sony-only member, then that obviously wouldn't ring any bells.
@rjejr Yeah... you know, the whole intergalactic finger snapping thing can only entertain one for so long, so a bit of variety every now and then brings life... erm, well... you get the point.
@matdub You're welcome.
Both of these sites have a WAY bigger archive than The Piratebay by now, so you should be good for some time to come.
P.S.
You might also want to add Torrentfreak to your list: that site is not for downloads, but it is a very good source of information regarding torrent site news, so it'll keep you up to date on the state of affairs on everything related to the most popular and/or best torrent sites.
@rjejr Haha, auto-correct giving you troubles? As for my mother, it's been 5 years now, so I'm okay with it by now, to some extent. I obviously still miss her, but her life was horrible, so I've made my peace with it.
Voluntarily watching anything to do with or referring to Alzheimers is another story, though...
@rjejr All great movies, for sure. Some scenes in all these classic movies are legendary. As for the later installment of Planet of the Apes: I actually didn't think it was that bad, regardless of Mark Wahlberg.
I liked that they used the same methods as in the old movies, instead of all the somewhat uncanny CGI in the latest trilogy. And I really regretted that the movie bombed so hard that they never bothered to make a sequel because I really liked the ending. Really, REALLY liked the ending. It could have been a great start for a sequel.
Also, on a personal level, because of losing my mother to Alzheimer's, the premise of the newer movies hit a bit too close to home for me. My father still hasn't even watched the trilogy because of it.

Re: Wanna Survive Brings Turn-Based Zombie Apocalypse Action To Switch Next Month
Ugh... yet another "16bit-inspired" title. When the f*** will developers finally stop making these kinds of crappy looking faux 8 and 16 bit titles and actually focus on the here and now?
The title on the front page got me REALLY interested, only for it to become a MASSIVE letdown once I clicked on the link and read the actual article...
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
P.S.

Although if it's a James Bond clip, I probably already know which one it is.
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
@rjejr P.S. not zombies in the Louisiana sense: baron Samedi was actually from the island nation of Haiti.
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Feature: Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Is Secretly One Of The Best Zeldas
@Curbie Here, let me help you with that:
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
Re: Plants Vs. Zombies Could Pave The Way For Bigger And Better EA Frostbite Titles On Switch
Thing is that EA has always had a beef with Nintendo, ever since their online deal didn't go through (in case you didn't know: EA wanted to provide the Wii U with their online environment, but instead, Nintendo chose to build their own, which was one of the main things that soured the relationship, and it hasn't improved very much ever since)
Re: Review: Doshin The Giant - A Chilled-Out Cult Classic That's Still Fresh In 2021
Doshin the Giant most certainly is a relaxing and entertaining game, but the criticism is also warranted.
Re: Plants Vs. Zombies Could Pave The Way For Bigger And Better EA Frostbite Titles On Switch
@anoyonmus And that was exactly my point: there is no valid reason for Frostbite to not be supported on the Switch, but EA will always find some reason to still be able to not have to do that. It's EA's default stance, where Nintendo is concerned, and by now, it's become completely laughable.
If it wasn't already....
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
@rjejr Haha, you're welcome.

Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Don't Worry, E3 2021 Won't Be Locked Behind A Paywall
"Don't worry... "
I never was worried. I've always been able to watch all E3-related events online, so I see no reason why that would change, all of a sudden.
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
@rjejr Ah, the Synder Cut. Who in the world doesn't want to see that one? Almost just as entertaining as anything Nitnedno does...
Re: Mortal Kombat's Movie Reboot Has Been Delayed By A Week
@Zuljaras Well, my friend, that sure is somewhat of a tardy reaction...
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
@rjejr Well, as long as you're making fun of actually "still living in the States" Americans, I suppose I'm kinda alright with it. (safely puts away gauntlet for later use... )
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
@rjejr And what is THAT supposed to mean?
(now where's mah damn infinity gauntlet?)
Re: Talking Point: The Problem With The X Button
@Trajan I did not "claim" anything, I just made a sarcastic joke about the Y button, which you apparently misinterpreted...

@rjejr We barely made it, I see. Oh, well still more than decent enough, I suppose.

@Trajan I know, but that was never a point I was making, so no idea why you brought that up.
Re: Mario's 31st March Demise Gets Even Worse As Nintendo Pulls 35th-Anniversary Merch From Its Tokyo Store
Well, if Mario himself will also be gone from the 31st on, then that's the perfect opening for releasing another "Mario is missing" game starring Luigi instead...
Re: Talking Point: The Problem With The X Button
@pip_muzz Yeah, it's so weird sometimes, considering all they copied from each other, to then just mix up button controls that way. Oh, well...
Re: Talking Point: The Problem With The X Button
@Jack_Goetz The same thing could be said about your comment. Which, by the way, goes against the community rules:
2. General Behavior
a. Do not post - unless you have something useful to say; Only post when you have something meaningful to say or something that will contribute to the discussion.
Re: Talking Point: The Problem With The X Button

Re: Rustler Is A Medieval GTA Coming To Switch This Year
@X68000 Haha, good one. I actually tried one of those a while back, much to my dismay, so I'm definitely in full agreement with you.
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
@rjejr Yeah... you know, the whole intergalactic finger snapping thing can only entertain one for so long, so a bit of variety every now and then brings life... erm, well... you get the point.

Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
Re: Niantic Showcases Pokémon GO Proof-Of-Concept HoloLens Demo At Microsoft Ignite 2021
