I just remember Konami being arguably the best 3rd party company during the NES/SNES days, just quality products all around. It's extremely sad to see another high profile company going down... This does not bode well for the non-mobile gaming industry.
Whose next to go down? Capcom?

@Einherjar Good for you. It's one of those games that I wish I could play again for the first time. Incredible story and plot twists.

I felt Wrestlemania 2000 played better than No Mercy. W2000 wasn't plagued by slow-down that I felt with No Mercy. Absolutely loved these games though.

Also not so sure if most of us will finish this game before the WiiU version comes out.

I want... But a 100 hour quest??? That's too big, I hope I'll be able to finish it.

It would be amazing if Nintendo "Snatched" him up for a new division within Nintendo.

I'm still debating between this and Fire Emblem, but Fire Emblem's cost hasn't even gone down yet! Bollocks!!

Nintendo tried to be part of the mainstream gaming and it didn't work out great for them. Instead of having another current console that appeals to the mainstream and Nintendo fighting for a piece of that pie which they lost last time, why not do their own thing and bring something different? I'm not sure about you, but I'm tired of the same old FPS' that are saturating the market or devs doing what every other devs are doing because that what sells.

The industry needs different and new gameplay experiences to keep gaming fresh.

I'm pretty sure Bayo2 won't be a system seller here in North America, but just because it won't be, doesn't mean Nintendo truly wasted their money on publishing it. It's a big gamble financially for sure, but Nintendo gets my utmost respect for giving some Core gamers what they want and promoting a niche title. Let the other 2 companies pump out FPS' with shiny graphics for their respective systems (nothing wrong with that), but I think many gamers just want to play something different and not being force fed the same crap over and over again.

I didn't notice too much of a difference in the WiiU/X360 version, besides some screen tear on the latter. But the PS3 version... How did they release that??

@Gerbwmu I was disappointed with Unepic to be honest. I haven't played it in ages, but what I do remember was that I didn't like inventory system. It was hard to remember where everything was and the items looked the same except for the color. The writing or dialogue wasn't very funny either imo.

I don't understand Ubisoft... Releasing a game that was ready months ago for a November launch during the WiiU's biggest game and busiest season? And Ubi wonders why their games don't sell?

Can't really argue here. Although I still feel Super Mario World (SNES) is the best, Mario Galaxy 2 is amazing as well. Not much love for Yoshi's Island (SNES), that game is a masterpiece as well.

Howard Lincoln has been gone for how many years now? I would release it on the WiiU just for spite. But I'm sure Nintendo won't be losing any sleep. And I like his "third place" quip.

Every kid to teenager back in the early 90's were using the gameboy headphones with their walkman's.

Excellent game, however, I really disliked the Characters. They all had annoyingly cliche voices.

Is this game anything like the Devil May Cry series? I tried playing DMC 4 and could not get into it.

@Williaint The SNES was definitely more powerful than the Turbographix-16, and more powerful than the Genesis. (Al though the SNES cpu was slower than the Genesis CPU.)

@minotaurgamer First off, my comments were theoretically speaking about Sega and Nintendo teaming up for a console, it would be interesting, but I know that will never happen. I don't want Nintendo to go 3rd party as well, as the quality will suffer. I'm a huge N fan and want them to succeed.

I know it's easy for you to be brave over the internet/behind your computer telling whoever you want to shut up for no valid reason, because in a real life discussion with that mouth of yours, you'd be getting tuned up. So relax, and don't go telling people to shut up when they're being civil. That being said, I'm on the same page as you.

Someone posted that Nintendo and Sega should team up and make a console. That would be sweet. Not sure if that's a possibility down the road or not, but still something to think about. Otherwise, I hope Nintendo keeps making consoles and fantastic games to go with them.

I always thought Golf games would be boring to me as a kid, but this was my first golf game i played and was kind of fun. As far as old school 8-Bit Golf games go, i really liked Golf for the GB.
