It's not a surprise, but it is still disappointing. I know people are stating that there has been plenty of time to have bought and downloaded games. What about people barely getting a 3DS or Wii U?
You've got kids who are finally old enough to play games. They might be trying out their parents' or older siblings' console for the first time.
There are Xbox/Playstation fanboys who finally tried out a Nintendo system and were hooked.
There are also people whose taste in games have changed and realized that game they never considered is suddenly appealing. I just got into Etrian Odyssey and Shin Megami Tensei games, so I speak from experience. I got lucky that I can still pick some up before the shop closes.
It's a shame that consoles don't have a digital shop similar to Steam. You get a new console but you can still play games from older consoles.
I bought several Atlus games during their 3ds eshop sale. I'm playing Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey Redux. It's my first SMT game, though I got a few in the sale. I'm loving the music, the sci-fi story and the ambience so far. I just wish they had included 3D. Still playing AC New Horizons and Metroid Dread on my Switch and Hades on PC.
@Sondheimist I've played it single player and multi player. Multi player can be great fun. As more people join your game, the game automatically gets that much harder to compensate. Single player is still fun and you can have one NPC out of a pool of 3 different characters to join you. You will still have great fun soloing this adventure.
I'm loving it. The game looks beautiful in 3D and is great fun. Maybe they'll come out with a bundle for the Switch down the road for those who are complaining. You have to understand that not everyone has the money for a new system right away and usually wait for a price drop.
This really wasn't on my radar in the beginning. Then I realized you could play as Fox and have the rest of team Star Fox help out and it piqued my interest. The last Ubisoft collaboration game, Mario + Rabbids really impressed me. I hope they drop a demo because I am seriously considering getting this when it comes out.

Re: Feature: 23 Best Wii U eShop Games You Should Get Before They're Gone Forever
I've been wanting to get Year Walk for a while. I had it on my wishlist, but it's no longer available to buy. I noticed it was missing over a year ago

Re: Nintendo Download: 18th October (North America)
My wallet can't handle anything. Picked up Megaman 11, Luigi's Mansion and Starlink: Battle for Atlas. The next game I'll get is Diablo 3.
