This is my favorite game, other than electroplankton. I love the graphics, the music, everything about it! I personally think it has one of the greatest battle systems ever. I think it's awesome how the audience interacts. It suprises me that this got a lower score than the original. It's improved in every way, at lest imho. The battle system is deeper, there's a more original storyline, everything actually looks paper, there are more sidequests, and there is one thing that makes this game SO much better than some other RPGs [once again, imo]. You never "beat" the game. It's like pokemon, where you beat it, then you can go and do whatever you missed, it doesn't do that whole "you beat it, so now you're right before the final boss again" deal. Personally, I think the original deserves the 8/10, and this deserves the 10/10.
Whoa. Even electroplankton didn't make me type this much.

UUmmm [see what I did there], I don't know which people you are talking about, brandonbwii. From what I've seen, everyone here respects nnooo.
Anyways, I'll probably get this, though I don't know how much I'll actually use it.

@nintendoftw I see you decided to join Nlife. Just a tip: it's a smarter bunch overall here than it is over at DSihub , so you'd better think out your comments a little but more.
Regarding Reggie, I really don't care if they release a new system. I'll start caring once I've bought the 60+ games I want to get.

Why are you talking to yourself, ATZF?
That last comment was stupid. You can't really be biased against controls. If the game has bad controls, the game has bad controls. Also, you must not know much about James.
EDIT: Ah, I see you fixed it.

Not really. Sure the controls are managable, but the original controls leagues better, you can boldly go out and do all sorts of risky maneuvers, that just often aren't worth trying with the DS as it's much more awkward to perform precisely.

The graphics mean little, and the added content is nice, but it's saturation. The extra content isn't up to the standards of the regular content, it's kind of nice that it's there, but it's nothing major as it's a bit of a step down from the core game anyways.

You also have to consider that some people can use the controls on the DS version better. However, I just thought of something very important. SM64 on the VC costs $10. The DS version costs $35 new.

@digiki well, for one reason, this version is portable. For someone who doesn't mind the controls, the DS version is completely better. Better graphics, more content, multiplayer, etc.

I never thought the controls were that bad. I actually liked them more than the N64 version. Great review anyways!
Oh, and I applaud you for including a picture of a yoshi and a chain chomp. That was awesome.

@waltz-elf I'm not saying you're lying, but can you honestly tell me you would get as worked up over this if it wasn't a Gameloft game? You have a track record of hating on Gameloft games, so this wouldn't exactly be any different.
