No, it's not bad as a whole, but I generally just trust Nintendo Websites for Nintendo games. I must have seen a bunch of bad reviews. They said new super mario Bros. wii was just Nintendo playing it safe because there is no wifi, and they said it was completely unoriginal particurally because the extra 2 characters are toads.

@ODOGG now, people [other than me] have told you that you are a know it all, and that you should shove off. None of this would be happening if you had just stated your opinion without insulting someone. Just say you don't like the game or you don't think it deserves a 10. There's no need to say it's a horrible and biased review, just say you disagree with it.

Re: Review: New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Wii)

@ODOGG I was curious, do you own this game? Or have you met Corbie and interviewed him to find out if this review is Biased? Apparently you have, because you seem to know so much that you can come to conclusions that make SO much sense. [I certainly hope you realise that was sarcasm] All you are doing is making a fool of yourself, just do yourself a favor and stop commenting on this game [unless you actually want to take the time to think about what your saying. The reason we think faster than we speak is so we can think twice before we speak.]
I'm predicting that if you see this comment ODOGG, you are going to reply by saying "you are the only one who is making a fool of yourself] or something telling me that I should think before I speak, or anything trying to defend yourself and insult me. Let me tell you now, you have not been doing a good job of defending yourself, nor are you doing a good job of insulting other people in an actually insulting manner.

@Rezon but then, how often is IGN right about Nintendo Games? :/ I really don't think that the Ocean Temple in PH was that bad, but then again, I have the patience to play paper airplane chase for 3 hours straight.
I'm afraid I'm getting BIS before this, but I will definitely get this after that.

Re: Ball Fighter Coming to DSiWare on Monday

Percentful

It PUZZLES me that DSiware developers aren't coming out with more battling games. I would FIGHT a developer just to get him to develop a battle game.
[yes, that was a lame pun [or two] but I couldn't think of anything else.]

Re: Review: Sudoku Challenge! (DSiWare)

Percentful

You'd think DSiware developers would get that there is already a ton of sudoku games. Why would you want come out with something that's been done numerous times? I really want more platformers and fun games [an electroplankton sequel would be nice ]

Re: Nintendo: We Don't Want To Remake Past Zelda Games

Percentful

I was never in to the Zelda games when I was younger. I didn't actually play any untill I got super smash bros. melee. I didn't even know Link's name untill then! I say just focus on making new games. I really don't care much about the graphics in games [though I still do like good graphics.]

Re: Review: Bookworm (DSiWare)

Percentful

I used to have this on my palm pilot, but it froze and crashed and I never got a new one. I might consider this, I like word games, but not puzzle games [there are some exceptions]

Re: Nintendo Cutting Back On Wii Production?

Percentful

It would be cool, if unlikely, if they developed a new wii that played N64, gamecube, and wii games. Or if they added features that support the DSi like downloading photos directly from your DSi to your wii. I'm not suprised, everyone I know that has kids has a wii. [and most of those kids have a DS or DSi]

Re: Review: Christmas Clix (WiiWare)

Percentful

@warioswoods I was going to say that exactly but there's no point since you just said it.
I will not get this game, and I think it was a bad choice to make this themed after a holiday. They could interperet it two ways, I guess.
1) It's holiday season, so people will want to buy holiday games! People will want to play this during the season so lots will buy it!
2)people will think it's good for the season, but it wouldn't be as fun when it's not Christmas time. People will not want to get it if they can only play it for a month untill it's out of style.
I think they should have looked at it the second way and not added a holiday theme. Also, 1000 points is a lot. You could get such better games for cheaper! Totally a pass for me.

Re: Nintendo Shifted A Boatload Of Hardware Last Week In US

Percentful

@Rapadash the reason we are attacking Sony is just because of Andrew House. He was talking about how the PS3 was going to beat the wii and that the Wii was flagging. He ended up being wrong, and he is known for trash talking in the past. If he was silent and said something like good luck, I'm sure everyone would congratulate both sony and Nintendo. Poor MS though.

Re: Interviews: Christmas Clix - JV Games

Percentful

@Ren I wouldn't necisarraly call this "religious" in any way. I am a Christian, and I've met one person in my life who doesn't celebrate christmas. I've even met athiests that celebrate christmas! Some people just celebrate it as a day for giving and spending time with family. Not everyone celebrates it as the day Jesus was born. I myself will not get this- it's exspensive [for wiiware anyways] first of all, and there is no multiplayer. During the Christmas series, I like to spend time with my family, not play a video game by myself. Besides, my family always have the rule during this time that you can't watch the TV or play it unless you are watching it with other people or playing with other people.

Re: Review: Reflect Missile (DSiWare)

Percentful

Whoa, wan't expecting a 9. Especially when it was released and you all said you had no idea about it coming out. I'll probably get this along with UNO if I don't get the Foto Face Stealers game or whatever it is called. BTW nice Avatar, Corbie. Very festive. [and so not festive at the same time ]

Re: Review: Harvest Moon: My Little Shop (WiiWare)

Percentful

My sister loves Harvest Moon and would love this game, but when I tried to raise a farm, all the girls hated me, 2 of my cows died, my chickens died, and I couldn't grow any fruit. I did find 2 ducks though...they died also. Harvest moon is not my game.

Re: Sony Boss: All Your Sales Are Belong To Us, Nintendo

Percentful

I think that it's also because so many people have wiis, and not as many have PS3s.Every person I've met within 5 years of my age has a wii. Even my best friends, who hate video games, have one. I've never met someone with a PS3, so it's sales can only go up.

Re: Review: Electroplankton Varvoice (DSiWare)

Percentful

I would give it a 2, not a 1 but that's just because I love electroplankton. There is one plus about this though: It's easy. A lot of my friends pick up my DSi and don't even know how to start recording, let alone mess with their voice. This is simple-touch the plankton, record, and touch the planktons. Another little plus is that you won't have to delete sounds to make new ones, but you can't save sounds. I often just want to play with a bunch of different recordings, but I hate deleting each one seperately so I keep my nice ones from the past. With this, I can mess with sounds to my heart's content, without having to spend time deleting..You MUST get this if you want to have the complete collection. I've never seen a 1 on NL, but I know there were some. What were the games again?

Re: Miyamoto: I Wanted To Patent Jumping In Games

Percentful

@The Fox didn't I read you were a lawyer in the forums? Anyways, is it even legal [I know there's a better word for it but I can't think of one now] to patent a video game mechanic? If he did patent it, the video game world would be very different right now.

Re: DSi LL Shifts 100K Units In Japan

Percentful

wow... I was not expecting anywhere near this much. But then again, People in Japan love Nintendo. I doubt it will do this good in the US. I won't be getting one-I'm happy with my normal DSi, not to mention I have DSiware on it.

Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii Gets Perfect Score in Famitsu

Percentful

Nintendogs got a perfect score!?Ah well, I trust Corbie more than Famitsu anyways, and they agreed with corbie's score! I can't wait till I get this game. It's so popular, on the drive home from church, my parents started talking about how fun it looks, and they are not video game players-they are the ones that walk into the room at random times and say that's a one player game. Turn it off.

Re: Review: Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (DS)

Percentful

I found that the first drawn to life was fun, But I did hate drawing things like a hangglider that I only use once. I am fine with drawing just the hero and weapons. My friend got this game and said it was fun, but he doesn't have what you could call "good" taste in games. He normaly gets things if he heres me mention I might get them sometime. I guess I'll be skipping this one.

Re: Nintendo Preloading DSi's For Black Friday

Percentful

@Sylverstone Yeah, and it is kinda annoying. For instance, I was just playing it somewhere and a random guy just walks up to me and says "no offence, but that has to be the ugliest, most dreadful color I've ever seen" and then walks off. Seriously, it's getting annoying, especially since a lot of people seem to think that the Baby Blue DSi was meant for girls. Besides, White just looks really cool. You might not believe this, but my blue dsi shows EVERYTHING that gets on it. dust, crumbs, and everything around me. I got a skin for it, and the junk went under the skin! I am getting really annoyed with the amount of time i spend cleaning this [i know the white might have the same problem, but most of the crumbs I get are white believe it or not]

Re: Hardware Impressions: Nintendo DSi LL

Percentful

I think it would be nice sitting next to our wii as a family DS. My family always asks to watch, but most of the time they can't see so I have to move it closer to their eyes and I can't see anymore. I think it would look perfect sitting next to other gaming consoles on a table, because It's not so small next to them. Notice I never mentioned bringing it anywhere. My normal DSi would be for carrying around and for me, the LL for my family [so they would stop bugging me] That's the perfect word for this system: Beastly.

Re: Review: Army Defender (DSiWare)

Percentful

@JayArr I agree with you. I think It would make a perfect game to play in the car or something. I was really suprised when I came to the end of the review and found it was only 200 points. I won't be getting this probably-The points I get are going towards electroplankton, uno, and pinball.
