I just picked up the game today and I had never noticed how the camera in this game is more zoomed out when compared to the first one. It's nothing special really but I think I prefered the first one's camera.
@RCMADIAX First of all I didn't mean to take a stab at you or your work, I'm a programmer and I'm aware of the work that goes into making such a project (even if the end result doesn't meet everyone's expectations), I just said that because I knew the comments would go downhill from there and that you'd probably say something since you hang around Nintendolife.
With that said I wish you, your wife and your newborn son the best of luck and I'm looking forward to check out Super Robo Mouse if that ever comes to Europe.
@chewytapeworm You should play all of them regardless of the order because they're all great games but you won't lose much by diving into this one first.
I got it last night despite the not so great NL's review and I don't regret my decision. So far the game has had a single flaw for me, that some other reviewers have pointed out, which is the way each world seems to try and teach you a new technique but manages to get rid of it before it uses it to it's full potential. So far it's an 8/10 for me, I'm at World 3 atm.
I might get Hazumi, but that's it. Azure Striker GUNVOLT is nowhere to be seen which might point to a Direct later this week but at this point I just stopped caring about it.
@SKTTR Did you end up getting Splinter Cell? If so may I ask how many Nintendo Premium points it gave you? Kind of a wierd question but I'm trying to cruch some numbers to get my last voucher.
Is Code of Princess's framerate still terrible? I'm feeling slightly tempted but seeing that SMT IV is going to be released this month I might hold on to my eshop credit.
Kirby's Dreamland 1-3, Donkey Kong '94 and MAYBE Fire Emblem for me, I was hoping to see some more GBA titles in discount and maybe Super Mario Land 1-3 but I'll grab what I can get.
@spizzamarozzi Yeah I head ya, I wouldn't think twice if it was 50% off, though at 25% I'm still trying to decide if it's worth it or not.
@unrandomsam It has 4 Clusters, each with 3 stages and a boss battle at the end which'll take about 2 to 3 hours to beat, if you're good at it. There are also online leaderboards and a few extra modes but yeah, it's a bit light on content.
@spizzamarozzi ...But the discount is lower than that, its 2,50€. I'd much rather have a 50% discount than a 25% one but yeah, at least it's better than what EnjoyUp gave us with the recent Unepic sale (1,50€ off and you had to own Abyss to get the discount).
I might pick up Nano Assault Neo, MIGHT, I still believe that's a bit expensive for such a short game (especially in comparison to Nano Assault EX which costs the same). Other than that, I have no interest in any of the other games on offer this week at their current prices.
The main questions that I'm posing to myself right now are 'Where should I buy all 6 Mega Man games?' and 'Why don't we have a cross buy option yet, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?'. I'm still scratching my head, decisions...
I already have Rayman Legends but I might get the digital copy just for the sake of having it available on the system at any time. Child of Light is teasing me as well but for some reason I never felt as 'charmed' by it as a lot of people who seem to love the game, would appreciate if someone could give me some insight.
@Swithom You might be right about that but said problem shouldn't even exist to begin with, and even if we look past that it still kinda makes me wish you could skip the cutscenes. Oh well, I still consider this a huge, HUGE improvement over their other eShop game, Gravity Badgers.
@ThomasBW84 The thing is that this sort of games usually appeals to me, and to some extent Master Reboot managed to grab my attention through it's gorgeous vistas and amazing sound but the story, even with the blue rubber duckies to piece everything together, is pretty hard to follow and the platforming sections, while scarce, are dreadful.
I do agree that this would be a stellar game given a bigger budget and all because Wales Interactive did a lot of things right and I'm glad that other people seemed to enjoy the game more than I did too.
Personally I think I'd give it a 6/10, would recommend it to pretty much anyone whenever it goes on sale.
@maxcriden The game has a few jump scares but I don't consider it to be all that scary.
I probably wouldn't have rated it so high, especially with the glitch on the final boss battle (that doesn't exist on the Steam version as far as I know) that makes you have to reset your game if you fail to beat him before the time runs out, forcing you to replay about 15 minutes of the game.

Re: Grab Four Full Nintendo 3DS Games For Just A Handful Of My Nintendo Gold Points (Europe)
@Moroboshi876 It runs better in general on Wii as well even with the 3D effect turned off.
Re: Gods Remastered Is Bringing The Bitmap Brothers' Classic '90s Platformer To Switch
Gods is a terrible game though, why bother remastering it?
Re: The New BittBoy Can Play NES, Game Boy And Game Boy Color (Ahem) Games
Looks like a pretty neat design to be honest, I might grab it if they ship internationally.
Re: Alwa's Awakening - An Authentic Throwback To Gaming's 8-Bit Past In More Ways Than One
Played the game for about an hour and it feels like a proper retro 8-bit game, I don't regret picking it up just yet.
Re: Review: The VideoKid (Switch eShop)
So many eShop games getting 8's recently, it's hard to keep up with things going like this.
Re: Nintendo UK Sends Out Free Photos With Animal Crossing Download Codes
I'll trade a 3ds club nintendo theme for this, hit me if you're interested.

Re: Review: Don't Crash (Wii U eShop)
RCMADIAX comments inbound.
Re: Review: Toy Stunt Bike (3DS eShop)
The game is currently 50% off and I'm wondering if I should get it now or wait for a more steep sale seeing that this game cost 1$ on the 360.
Re: Nintendo Download: 9th July (Europe)
@Windy I have to second this, please get DX2 to raise the odds of getting DX3 localized, it's a great little time waster on the cheap side.
Re: Review: Bike Rider DX2: Galaxy (3DS eShop)
Are we never going to get the Kamen Rider DLC or has it been touched a bit to pass as a generic DLC?
Re: Nintendo Download: 9th July (Europe)

Re: Nintendo Download: 9th July (Europe)
I'm probably the only european excited about Bike Rider DX2 but yeah, day 1 + DLC's for sure, loved the first one.
Re: Bike Rider DX2: Galaxy Is Finally Pedalling To The European 3DS eShop This Month
Day 1 for me, I really hope this sells enough to have the 3rd game released over here.
Re: Nintendo Download: 9th April (Europe)
What the hell is Guac' a Mole?

@RupeeClock Hmm, the reviews seemed fairly positive though.

Re: Nintendo Download: 19th March (Europe)
I might grab Zombie Panic in Wonderland but it's yet another pretty weak week overall.

Would be great if someone shared their EU codes
I got nothing even though I've registred over 30K stars sigh

Re: Nintendo Confirms Loads of "Veteran Fighters" eShop Discounts to Celebrate Super Smash Bros.
@Jmaster 3D Classics has a better framerate and picture quality overall, plus it looks really cool in 3D. It's really a no brainer in my opinion.
Re: Watch Dogs Will be the Only "Mature" Ubisoft Game on Wii U in Upcoming Lineup
Since they don't want my business I'll just skip Watch Dogs, Ubisoft never ceases do disappoint me.

@XyVoX Oh crud, thanks for the heads up. Is it that noticeable? :/
Re: Nintendo Confirms a Huge Range of eShop Discounts to Celebrate Super Smash Bros.
@XyVoX Can you link me to that info? Is that for the Wii U or 3DS games (or both)?

@chrisy Thank you for the help, are there any 'strings' attached to it though, as in DLC?

Re: Mario Kart 8 Update & DLC Scheduled for 27th August
Would be great to be able to play with a friend without having the split screen on the Gamepad. I guess I'll have to wait a bit more. sigh

Squids Odyssey definitely deserves some attention, cross-buy just makes everything that much sweeter. Great week overall.
