Christmas is nearly upon us. What better way to celebrate than vegetate on the sofa after all the festivities and play some Nintendo games with your loved ones? There are lots of new goodies for you to download on this week, not least a Wii Remote-enabled Duck Hunt on the Wii U Virtual Console. Let's see what Santa has in his bulging sack for us.
Wii U eShop
Spy Chameleon (EnjoyUp Games, €4.99 / £4.49) - Don't let the comic look fool you. Being a good RGB agent requires a lot of talent. Spy Chameleon is an arcade-puzzle game where the player must avoid being seen thanks to the chameleon's ability to change colours and camouflage. Through 5 missions and 75 levels, the player will discover different enemies and abilities to complete these super-secret missions: taking photos of a celebrity with her lover and stealing the secret formula of a successful soft drink are just two examples. Watch your enemies, choose the best path and run to the next safe point. The duration of each level can mean finishing a game in just minutes or spending hours trying to complete the missions and all the challenges, getting the best time among your friends or completing all the achievements. €3.99 / £3.59 EnjoyUp loyalty price for users who own 99 Seconds, Abyss, Darts Up, Rock Zombie or Unepic on the same Wii U.
Wii U Virtual Console
Duck Hunt (Nintendo, €4.99 / £3.49) — This is being listed as a VC release by Nintendo, demonstrating that it'll be the good old Duck Hunt familiar to NES gamers with the exception of Wii Remote pointer controls as opposed to using the NES Zapper. A bit of a cult classic, and the quirky appearance of Duck Hunt Duo in Super Smash Bros. makes its arrival rather timely. We'll get shootin' for a review.
Kuru Kuru Kururin (Nintendo, €6.99 / £6.29) - Steady your hands and steel your nerves for one of the most challenging puzzle-action games ever created. Kuru Kuru Kururin puts you in control of a rotating helicopter that must be carefully manoeuvred through increasingly tight and tricky labyrinthine levels. Avoid the walls and obstacles, or you’ll lose precious time and lives, as you try to reach the goal. It starts simple but soon you’ll be facing moving pistons, floating spikes and all manner of dangers. We'll let you know what we think in a review, soon.
Mega Man Zero (Capcom, €6.99 / £6.29) - Awakened after a century of sleep, in a strange war torn world, Zero becomes the hero in the first of his own series of adventures. Mega Man Zero sees the cybernetic warrior join forces with a resistance group battling a strangely familiar foe. This new spin-off series introduced new gameplay elements like mission-based levels, and weapons that level-up as you gain more experience; and also Cyber Elves: small but powerful creatures that grant a wide range of useful abilities. We'll bring you a review soon.
Mario Party Advance (Nintendo, €6.99 / £6.29) - Mario and friends bring the party to Game Boy Advance with a dizzying range of activities for single players plus their pals. Mario Party Advance also introduces Professor E. Gadd's Gaddgets: wacky toys and tricks that bring the fun outside of the game. Bowser has crashed the party and scattered all the minigames around Shroom City. Collect them all by completing the single-player game boards. Once unlocked, minigames can be played as often as you like. Earn coins to unlock Gaddgets such as the Compatibility Meter which lets you see how strong your friendships really are! We'll get the party started to bring you a review.

Brutus & Futée (Microids, €6.99 / £6.29) - Brutus & Futée is an adventure puzzle game in which the player takes on the role of the author of an animated series. Help Brutus and Futée find their way and overcome the obstacles they meet. Draw objects and paint or erase the setting to assist the two heroes. Their journey will take them through a variety of different environments and present them with a host of dangerous situations, from an ancient Inca temple full of mysteries and secrets, to the maze in a production studio governed by a rather jittery Boss. We'll head out on an adventure for our review.
PUZZLEBOX setup (Bplus, €2.99 / £2.69) - In PUZZLEBOX setup you hold the Nintendo 3DS system upside-down. Use the stylus to select a coloured tile on the Touch Screen which is then on the upper side. If you release the colour the tile falls down in the selected column. Let the matching tiles fall down into the glass bottle on the 3D Screen to copy a painting or to complete a setup. We'll spin right round baby, right round, for our review.
Best of Mahjong (GameOn, €1.99 / £1.49) - Relax your mind with the ancient game of tiles. "Best of Mahjong" features 404 layouts of the traditional tile-matching game in 3D, each with millions of different shuffles to play. The game's style and interface has been designed for easy and intuitive operation with the Nintendo 3DS stylus or +Control Pad. The graphics can be customised with various tile-sets and backgrounds. We'll try to handle all that Mahjong and let you know what we think.
Best of Solitaire (GameOn, €2.99 / £2.49) - "Best of Solitaire" features 101 variations of the most well-known and best-loved single-player card game including Klondike, Freecell, Spider, Pyramid, Yukon. Most games have custom gameplay options so you can enjoy the game with your favourite rules. On-screen instructions allow learning of new Solitaire variations. Statistics are available for players who love to track their wins. Save the game status any time for later. The game's style and interface has been designed for easy intuitive operation with the Nintendo 3DS stylus or the +Control Pad. We'll make sure our reviewer stops playing this for free on their PC before starting a review.

Mega Man Zero for me.
Ah beautiful. Tears of nostalgia for all those VC games which I will be downloading. Duck Hunt has wii remote pointer controls?
I was going to get Captain Toad shortly after Christmas, but now I want all the GBA games, Child of Light, and Duck Hunt - which adds up to £26.25!
Hopefully there are sales on eShop cards on Boxing Day.
3DS eshop discounts?
Mega Man Zero!
So happy about this, the Nintendo DS Mega Man Zero Collection was such sloppy ports. I'm finally going to get to play the Zero games with the controls changed to resemble Mega Man X. In other words, dash with the A-button instead of L
Child of light, duck hunt, crimson shroud, possibly marvel
Kurt kuru kururin was awesome and one of best launch games for GBA
How fast before watchdogs was dropped in a sale? Wow
The advent of both turtles games on one day is quite harsh on my wallet though
Ooooh, yes! Gimme some Zero action! Get the best, screw the rest!
Are there honestly no 3DS discounts? On Christmas day?
Think I'll grab Child of Light at that price.
Also:
"£34.99. Regular price is £49.99"
OH NINTENDO YOU DO SPOIL US
3ds EShop discounts are the guild 01-02 stuff.
Child of Light for £3.89? Been dying to try it so for that i may as well dip into the £9 credit i have left. So glad i waited now ☺
@Moon There are all those Level 5 discounts previously announced. Worth a look.
I'll take a look at some of the reviews, but probably Knytt, Marvel, a theme or two and a few of the Level 5 titles.
Kuru Kuru Kururin is amazing. I really hope it comes to NA.
Mega Man Zero!
Kuru Kuru Kururin is also a fun game.
@Sakura Oh yeah, thanks. I just assumed they'd be listed here.
Very disappointing if the Level-5 games are the only 3DS discounts. They're just glorified minigames, and besides, I've got them all from when they were all discounted a few months ago...
It's funny - I actually thought about downloading ZombiU the other day, until I found it on the cheap in my local Sainsburys. Oh well, I'll grab some themes on Xmas Day instead.
I will probably get Duck Hunt, cos although i have the original on my NES, it's unplayable on modern TV's. This will be fun Christmas day time killing.
@LEGEND_MARIOID They're the level 5 games reported earlier plus escapeVektor, (!) Bravely Default (!), Mindfeud and Pure Chess.
@Starwolf_UK Oh excellent! Though I have all of those (including BD) bar Mindfeud. May get that one. Thanks.
I still haven't seen Mario 3d World cheaper than £35 anywhere, or €55 where I live, so I'll actually pick that up as a Christmas present to myself
I'd rather not think about "Santa's Bulging Bag". XD
So many great choices this week. Duck Hunt, Mario Party Advance and Child of Light has my interest, and the Animal Crossing 2015 3DS theme!
It's not Mario Kart Super Circuit but I'll gladly take Mega Man Zero and possibly Mario Party Advance (don't remember the latter particularly). A genius move by Nintendo though for that £15 discount on 3D World as people will be able to experience Captain Toad before Treasure Tracker is released on the eshop on 2nd January.
Duck Hunt Zero for me!
Just MM zero and child of light for me,was hoping for some 3ds discounts, however we have had late discount announcements before.
AC4, I have it on order on Amazon for about €20, but is it worth a download at €14.99 instead?
Hopefully with W_D on a bit of a sale the price of the physical disc will bomb down to €10. Min price of like €55 in shops and online is disgusting (€75 in my local gamestop!).
Anyone who hasn't picked up ZombiU, now is the time!
Totally picking up Duck Hunt!
Is Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth @ €4.99 worth a go?
@readyletsgo Everything depends on whether you have the memory space on your Wii U/external hard drive. Ubisoft games are almost always very large (~18GB) but if you have enough then go ahead and purchase digital as even for 3rd party games you get Club Nintendo stars unlike in the physical choice.
@Grumblevolcano yup have a HDD hooked up. I do love having the physical copy, but at these prices.... I'm gonna get them Xmas day
Hopefully Duck Hunt is the start of more "specialised hardware" games on the VC. Been wanting Mario Paint on the VC since the service was first announced on the Wii!
Also Zombi U? I guess it's worth a purchase... especially given that it's the last week of the Nintendo Network Premium promo. I think between Duck Hunt and ZombiU I'll have enough to get one last code. Which means Zombi U becomes like a $2 game. Hard to not get one of the Wii U's few big third party exclusives at that price.
I was debating whether to get Child of Light on the PC or the Wii U… Well at that price, Wii U it is.
@Starwolf_UK Where did you hear about Bravely Default being on sale? Do you know how cheap it'll be? I'd love to get it if it goes cheap enough
Damn it, I'm struggling with storage space atm... Might have to finally get a new external HDD D: Question for anyone who knows: The HDD is formatted for use with the Wii U right? The only data on it will be from the Wii U, and I can't use the external HDD with any other device at the same time, unless I format it again?
@Gamer-Jay that's correct. It's handy to have for sales on eshops. I would never ppay full price for a digital download. Does anyone?
@readyletsgo Yup, for the games I know are good and want. Last game I bought on a disc was Darksiders 2 at launch.
@Waann Me too! I was hoping Child of Light would go on sale on Wii U so I can get it on there instead of PC and support the Wii U a bit more.
@readyletsgo Thanks man
I hope the ZombiU discount is coming to the U.S. store as well ... ^^
@Starwolf_UK Hope your info about Bravely Default is correct
Here's a fuller list: http://www.gonintendo.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=154792.
@TommyRabbit Bravely Default will be €29.99/£25.99.
Darn 3DWorld is on sale. I might also get that so I can now get rid of my physical discs.
@skywake Forgot about the end of that premium thing !! Never been big on buying retail games on eShop, but the load times and the constant "ka-chak ka-chak" of the lens tray in my Wii U, typical of Ubisoft games in general, always made me want to own ZombiU as a download (even though I own it on disc already) and since I must buy for 12.50€ of value to get my last 5€ voucher from the premium prgramme, I might just purchase ZombiU to have it on my console permanently (rather on my USB stick to be more precise ).
@RainbowGazelle Thank you! Not quite as cheap as I was hoping but I'll probably give in!
Activision put transformers and the amazing spiderman 2 on eShop but not Call of Duty?
If you don't have child of light I'd recommend picking it up especially at that price.
Have this horrible feeling the nostalgia for Duck Hunt will be cruelly shattered. Will be getting some of those discounts!
@Gamer-Jay Yeah, it's great news. Besides, it means a few more points before the end of the Wii U Premium promotion, and no need for uPlay.
I bought ZombiU for 6€ retail new so until it's not 4.99€ then I'll pass on the eShop discount.
Better than last week, but, ehh, nothing for me this week either. That is, unless Duck Hunt is the US version!
Was hoping for some great xmas discounts (Ubisoft games are always dirt cheap retailed so not much of a discount there) or maybe some classic SNES or even GASP 64 VC games! But no, make way for more GBA ports
Cool I can finally own Mario Party Advance and complete my Mario Party collection! Will also buy Duck Hunt and hopefully that will net me my last NNP voucher.
Bring that COL discount to Murica please!
Quite a list for me this week. Good job I have £21 of credit to spend:
Weapon shop de omasse for £2.69 (Always wanted it, never got round to it)
Spy Chameleon for £4.49 (Looks like an interesting game. How much is Abyss currently? May buy that and get it essentially free with the discount applied to Spy Chameleon for owning it.)
Child of Light for £3.89 (Bargain at this price, even though I already own the PS3 collector's edition. Is my GotY so happy to buy it again.)
Stick it to the Man for £3.49 (Looks interesting but was put off by the price considering there is no replay value)
All those Wii U games should give me enough credit to claim a final £5 voucher from the promotion, giving me a grand total of £30 back from Nintendo. Cheers N!
I actually don't own 3D World... time to move some euros to card that I can use in eShop.
I know Rabbids Land is awful but maybe, maybe. I love Rabbid mayhem.
I already saw on CDON WatchDogs for 22e , now seems to be 30e.
Child of Light is totally worth the money - it is amazing game with wonderful sounds and wonderful looks, same with Rayman Legends. probably the only ubi games with little of glitches (and ZombiU).
And Goomba theme!
Duck Hunt and Mario Party Advance for me!
Child of Light and maybe Duck Huunt.
@Grumblevolcano - While it's great Nitneod actually has 1 of it's own games on sale, I hope the US gets a sale on a different game as SM3DW has been bundled w/ Wii U the past few months, and anybody who has had a Wii U longer than that probably already owns SM3DW. Either MK8 or SSBU. Pikmin 3 would probably be the best choice, it's an old game, somewhat unknown, and it just recently got a demo. I'd buy Lego City Undercover for $25 as it seems stuck at $50 since launch, and I just can't imagine too many new Wii U owners spending $50 on a 2 year old Lego game w/ the dozen or so Lego games - many bargain bin prices - that have released since then. Pikmin 3 makes the most sense ~$9 worth of DLC on the eShop, can't sell the DLC if people don't buy the game 1st.
Why on earth would they release a Mario Party with NO multiplayer?? Sure, it might have a decent single player experience (like some out of the 9), but it will get boring quick; Mario Party is mostly about the multiplayer. I still own my physical copy and link cable.
Still waiting on Ace Attorney trilogy review, when's that a-comin?
I will most probably get Spy Chameleon. The game got great reviews on Steam.
Good week for me with all the discounts.Just got my Wii U last week so I think I'll bulk up my library.I'll be getting SMW3D,AC IV (never played one) , Zombi U and possibly Child of Light.I think I'll pass on Rayman as I wasn't a big fan of the Wii one and felt the same about the demo of Legends. Not quite sure what it is about them as I love platformers and even like the character,Rayman 2 on Dreamcast was one of the best games I'd ever played at the time.
YES! I will get both Duck Hunt and Kuru Kuru Kururin
I guess you missed some importand discounts... I mean... Bravely Default!!?
http://www.gonintendo.com/s/244104-this-week-s-european-downloads-december-25-duck-hunt-gba-games-and-so-much-more
Waiting until next Wednesday to grab Another World 20th Anniversary before temp. discount runs out. Until then I'll be playing Pokemon Omega Ruby, and still busy with Smash on Wii U to be getting any Wii U downloads.
@rjejr I agree about Pikmin 3, especially as it's very difficult to find at a decent price physically and people can actually try out the game before buying in the form of the demo on the eshop. I mentioned about this in the infographic thread, why include Pikmin 3 on the list if pretty much the only way to buy it is hidden away on the eshop?
Oh my goodness! My brother used to own Mario Party Advance, and I just loved playing around with the gadgets when I was little! Brings back a lot of nostalgia just thinking about it!
I really want Kuru Kuru Kururin to come to the Canadian eShop!!!!! So not fair it was never released here when it originally came out. Make it happen Nintendo!!!!!
can't wait! i just dusted off my wii zapper!
Super Mario 3D World finally, and probably Splinter Cell and Rabbids Land. I have all the other good ones.
Wow, great stuff. Great offers from Ubisoft, I'll get Child of Light (and would get more if I had the time and space). And so many VC titles, especially for the GBA. Kuru Kuru Kururin! Finally!
Whoa, where did Mario Party Advance come from? That's the only MP game I haven't played yet. Gives me something to look forward to it about 8 months when it makes it over to the US eShop.
Kururin!!
They should also release the Japan-only sequels, both the GBA one and the GameCube one.
@Whopper744 Actually, the game has already been rated by the ESRB so it's bound to be released soon. Maybe even on Thursday with Europe.
@Grumblevolcano - Do you have any idea why EU gets this list on Monday but we have to wait until Thursday morning? Well besides Reggie being Reggie? Level 5 already announced it's US Christmas week sales.
https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2014/12/level_5_confirms_some_handsome_3ds_eshop_festive_discounts
I like duck hunt and I'm still not buying!
wow no super sale on for wii u for xmas .
I'm also hearing that scram kitty, rock zombie, pure chess, stick it to the man, TNT racers, tori tori! All half price
Duck Hunt, Mario Party Advance and Super Mario 3D World for me. Must say that despite the £35 price tag on 3D World, it is actually lower than any physical copy I've seen and the game is a year old.
I was thinking of buying Super Smash Bros U after Christmas but I'm now going to wait a bit longer and play 3D World instead.
Also if and when N64 games ever do make it on to the Wii U VC, I'm hoping they will finally port Mario Party 3 aswell as Mario Party 2 is already on the Wii VC.
The fact that Mario Party Advance has now been done may bring hope to that actually happening.
After having watched some Mario Party Advance footage, I remember it well but for the wrong reasons. Don't know why but my cartridge kept deleting my save data whenever I got to around 25 gaddgets. Oh well, maybe I'll be able to beat the game this time
Duck Hunt for me. If I have any money left over, I might grab Rabbids Land, too.
I know i might be late but for the last weeks eshop release of mgs and the theme released on the 3ds this may be of use to someone here ?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Metal-Gear-Solid-3D-Snake-Eater-RARE-Telescope-stylus-and-Case-Never-used-3ds-/111556087277?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19f942cded
Amazing how a fair few havent played SM3DW yet!
Might go for that Child of Light discount. I've heard great things about it.
Might get Stick it to the man too, looks interesting but I don't know much about it.
Kuru Kuru Kururin is the best
Really enjoying NES Remix at the moment but Child of Light for £3.89? Bargain!
Those discounts looks great.
Are they the same for NOA?
Could be tempted by Child of Light. Seeing how digital is the only way to get it.
Knytt Underground doesn't have its price showing!
It's a great game that I wholeheatedly recommend, though, at whatever the price may be.
duck hunt... does it hold up? probably not
@Captain_Gonru - No, I'm pretty sure EU/UK updates on Thursdays as well. Its why the title of this article says "Nintendo Download: 25th December (Europe)" and all the past weeks always have the Thursday date as well.
https://www.nintendolife.com/nintendo-download
That would make sense though. Which would be a rare and happy occurrence for NoA.
"there are two differences between it and any other Lego game"
There are 2 other differences that are more important to me. Like you already stated it's a solo player game, so no go. Well we are getting Captain Toad in a couple of days from Santa but that's also $40 at launch. And it's a Nintendo game which I'm expecting to be most excellent.
Second is the lack of license. I fully understand most license games suck. But for kids it's a big draw. Heck my kids don't even want to play the Lego Movie game and that's 2 player and we all enjoyed the film. Lego Marvel, Lego Star Wars (1st 6 movies, not any of the newer tv show games) Leg LotR, and they haven't even sen the new movies yet, just the classic 70's versions.
So to b ehonest - adn I've said this many time sbeofre - I relaly dont see how Nitneod markets this. Not just to me but to any family who's kids are busy w/ all the other LEgo games adn Skylanders adn Disney INfinity. No multipayer, no licnese, no marketing. And I would think most older gamerswho want to play GTA will just play GTAV. I don't think GTAV even costs $50 anymore and I'd bet a lot it cost more that LCU to make. I know Nintnedo likes ot keep it's game sat $50 forever, but usually those games have Mario or Link in them, not some unknown cop made out of bricks.
I'm sure its great and I'm sure we'll enjoy it someday, after Skylanders Trap Team, Lego Hobbit, Disney Infinity 1 and 2, Captain Toad, Little Big Planet 3, Kirby, Yoshi, and Mario Maker. Oh and my kid still wants Sonic Boom. So basically LCU has to hit $20 before we get it.
Edit - woah, that was long, even for me.
@rjejr The single-player thing on Lego City is a problem, but if it had launched on a system that was selling fast and everyone was excited about, it would have been fine license-wise. It's Lego family-friendly GTA. Plus, it has an original story that is based on cop movies/tv tropes and is pretty funny and endearing.
I really felt bad that so much trouble went into it and it was finally an original non-licensed Lego game that could stand on its own. There was even a physical Lego set with a Chase McCain mini figure (we own it) that you could unlock in-game. The failure of the Wii U must have really been a punch in the gut to those that put their heart into that game — It had one of the better integrations of the GamePad at launch, too!
I understand your hesitation on the single-player thing, though. The only thing I can suggest is that it is pretty entertaining to watch and you could pass the controls around and take turns as it's an open world and there's plenty to do. :/
Wait what? Mario Party without the party?!
Oh Nintendo, if only you'd go all the way and give us online for the VC games. :3
No chance of that happening in the foreseeable future.
I'm still waiting for a Wonderful 101 discount. Also Most Wanted U, LegoCU and LegoMSH. I hope there'll be a Nintendo Direct with year-end sale like last year.
I just realized.
Nintendo's giving us a puppy for Christmas.
@Captain_Gonru @aaronsullivan - OK, let's try another tact (track?)
LCU released near launch, March 2013 - it's a single player Wii U exclusive non-licensed game that makes great use of the Gamepad
Zombie U released at launch Nov 2012, it's a single player Wii U exclusive non-licensed game that makes great use of the Gamepad
LCU has pretty much been $50 since it came out, Zombie U has been $20 for a year or so, now in this sale for only $10.
I think that's probably more my point more than Lego or the licensing, 2 two year old single player Wii U exclusive games making great use of the Gamepad, 1 is $10, 1 is $50.
Metacritic
LCU 80 and 8.1
ZU 77 and 7.6
When LCU goes on sale for $10 we can all stop having this conversation
Might have to go for that Mario 3D world offer... got 15 quid credit through Nintendo Network Premium so that's 20 quid for one helluva game...
I've coined a term for buying a console later in its lifespan: "leech gaming". And given I'm broke more often than not, it's what I do.
So far, doing so with the Xbox 360 when its successor was about to come out has served me well. Doing so, although less so, with buying a WiiU just now instead of two years ago is paying off as well. Super Mario 3D World for me.
Tons of good chear there for Europe! Merry Christmas gamers of Europe
@Captain_Gonru - Thanks. I was in Gamestop this afternoon and it's still $45 used. I had to look after my comments this morning Though as a Pro member I could have bought it for $40. My kids bought Wonderbook: Book of Spells instead for $4.49 for their mom. That's for the game and the book. We had to buy it for that price just as a lark. The book itself is actually pretty cool though. I think the Cylon commander used it in the original Battlestar Galactica.
@Captain_Gonru - Diggs Nightcrawler. I've wanted it since it came out, I like film noir and that music, but was never inclined to get the book. I'll be picking it up for $15 though. $15 I can do
Happy holidays.
@BensonUii Most wanted u is only £12 at toys r us! Physical version.
Hasn't it updated yet? I wanted to download 3D World and (despite that gaming being still an open wound for Nintendo fans) Rayman Legends overnight.
Anyone know when these updates usually go live? Merry Christmas folks x
Assuming midnight tonight?

Vacation sux...
@aaronsullivan - Hope you are enjoying your vacation time away as you haven't posted in a week. Just wanted to let you know my boys finally got around to playing DI2.0 and that Avenger storyline is hideous looking. First 2 levels looked worse than Spiderman Friend or Foe and Spiderman Web of Shadows on the Wii. Fortunately everything else in the game seems pretty awesome. We only own the 3 starter pack characters and Toybox mod e is going to keep them occupied for a very long time. Not even sure how much they will build in LBP3 now - my son's birthday present next month - , its that good. They may not even finish the rest of the Avengers w/ all that they can do. I've always liked Skyldnaers and still think it's a way better "game" say for me and my wife to play than DI but this is so much better than Minecraft or anything else as far as building. Nintneod really needs an amiibo world builder like this. It has grind rails. Everything is better w/ grind rails. And a flyable helicopter. They really want Mario Maker but seeing as how I raised them as 3D over 2D games they may not even be too excited about that now.
Oh, and the entire game free on PC is a nice bonus. $49 on Steam but free here:

It's only single player and controls horribly w/ mouse and keyboard but it does have Daily Challenges that the PS3 version doesn't. Might even buy a 360 controller for it.
Skylanders has it's work cut out for it next year Thanks for sticking w/ me.
@SKTTR Did you end up getting Splinter Cell? If so may I ask how many Nintendo Premium points it gave you? Kind of a wierd question but I'm trying to cruch some numbers to get my last voucher.
@rjejr glad you're all enjoying Disney Infinity. We are really digging Hyrule Warriors! My daughter loves Smash Bros and the two of them just love beating up on each other in Disney Infinity 2.0. They still go back to Minecraft as we just got into the nether in our longest survival game.
The toy box and minecraft are pretty different, but I know what you're saying about it. We haven't dig into some of the cooler features but I do like watching the automatic
builders make giant treehouses.
The best way to make a Toy Box creation is on a good iPad with that DI app. The interface is way better than the console game or the PC. Not sure how they will fare with 2.0 yet as the iPad app wasn't out last I checked.
Enjoy the Holidays!
@aaronsullivan - We own three 7" Android tablets but no Apple anything. Eventually they'll release it for Android I reckon.
Kids bought Pushmo World, Armillo, Paper Monsters Uncut and Attack of the Friday Monsters w/ eShop GCs so everything is on hold as they are too overwhelmed to play anything. Guess that would be 1st world problem
Were having a movie double header tomorrow for NY Eve - Godzilla 2014 and Guardians of the Galaxy - so a break from gaming for a night. Happy New Year!
Yeah, we have too many games too. I don't think I'll hold off as much until Christmas next year.
My kids are a bit too young for those movies! We did just watch Tron Legacy tonight. It's one of my daughter's favorites. Ever check out Pacific Rim? It's over the top on tone, acting, and everything really but I preferred it to Godzilla for kaiju on the big screen. (Lots of gross blue monster guts, however)
@OrangeCluster: All 9,99€ games are 83 premium points. good luck.
