At least some of that merchandise revenue has to be from the 20th Anniversary, as well. I know I've spent more on Pokemon merchandise this year than I have in a long time.
Regardless of the copyright debate at hand, I feel it would benefit both parties if Nintendo co-operated with this developer and worked together to put this game on the eShop, for instance. It's been about six years since a Metroid title released, and we have a completed game ready that people have shown a demand for.
Would love to see it happen. If they can make Pikachu control naturally in Pokken, they can make a Mario-sized fighter work in a side-scrolling fighter.
Regarding Nazi imagery, Registeel's sprite was changed in the non-English European versions of Diamond and Pearl because its arm position was very similar to the Nazi salute.
Finally got Nintendo Selects: Pikmin 2 for Wii! For some reason, Wal-Mart and GameStop didn't have it on launch day. Had to ask the associate at Target to bring out all the copies the Monday after it came out.
@MasterGraveheart As for the DS, Fire Emblem 12 still hasn't seen a launch outside of Japan. I think it was mentioned on both this site and in Nintendo Power magazine once, but I haven't heard anything since about an English localization.
I still think it's a great game. They definitely improved its online functions. I just think they could have spent less time on the single player and more on the CPU A.I. and detailed the graphics for the local and online multiplayer better. They were quite a few bugs, however. Nothing too obnoxious, though.
Story-wise, they have a lot of options for a prequel to the original Conduit. They could expand on Ford saving the president and "The Bug" that was talked about in the opening cinematic and in the manual.
Knowing High Voltage, they'd implement control customization, and they have plenty of options with the 3DS.
High Voltage Software said the name changed because they grew attached to it. "Conduit 2" was just what they named their project while it was in early development, and it stuck with them. They also said it was much easier to phrase, and it narrowed down the wordiness of "The Conduit 2".

Re: Nintendo 3DS Production Has Officially Come To An End
I think it overstayed its welcome for many years. Regardless, I still have many fond memories of the 3DS.
Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons Joy-Con And Switch Dock To Be Sold Separately In Japan
Yes! Definitely willing to buy the joy-con separately.
Re: Guide: Get In The Mood For Animal Crossing: New Horizons With This Adorable Merch
If you're in the US, you can find a lot of Animal Crossing amiibo at Five Below for $5. GameStop has quite a few of them, too.
Re: Yet Another Limited Run Game Site Appears, Kicks Things Off With Bridge Constructor Portal
I would like to buy a physical copy, but the price seems steep compared to the $8 sale on the eShop. I don't really need/want any of the bonus items.

The more they remind us about the original games, the more anxious I get for them to release it on the Virtual Console.

Re: Super Mario 3DS Has a Zelda-Style Dungeon Level
I wonder if they kept the Super Mario paintings in Hyrule Castle in the Ocarina remake.

Yes, but it's hard to believe.

Re: E3 2010: Wii Predictions
The US hasn't even received the New Play Control! version of Pikmin 2 for some reason. What happened to the New Play Control! series, anyway?
Regardless, I still can't wait for Pikmin 3 and all the other Big N titles at E3.
