Re: Exclusive: Zelda's Aonuma: We're Looking Into Going "Beyond The Disc" With DLC

@Mk_II Nintendo don't believe in DLC which is held back to be charged for, or shipping a game which is incomplete. They do believe in luring people back to games with new content or adding extra value, like with the Mario challenge maps or the Luigi add on. I think they would handle DLC in Zelda very well, perhaps adding in quests for some NPC characters to flesh out their story and motives within that universe.

Usually the 3D mario's are easy at the demo booths but hard to properly beat, Galaxy was proof of this too so I'm hoping theres a challenge to be had along side the perfect platforming controls Mario always brings. Something in the video which confuses me though is a grid like structure (world) which is being rotated, what is that cause to me it looks like a level editor?

Re: Talking Point: E3 2013 Is All About The Games

Even if Nintendo don't show much of Mario 3D or Smash bros and Mario Kart, I know they're going to be good quality titles anyway. I am hoping they choose to show something we haven't seen for a while on home consoles like Wave Race, Pilotwings, Star Fox and F-Zero. Though a new metroid prime or any news on the new Zelda could just knock it out of the park!!!! and thats before we get to Bayonetta 2 and Monolith Softs "X" which both stand a good chance of being the perfect reason for many people to go out and buy the console

Re: Talking Point: The Wii U's Identity Crisis

I posted this exact topic in response to the new adverts on Wii U Daily a couple of days ago. I think it's mainly the games but knowledge of the system would have helped it through crucial buying times like Christmas and Easter holidays. Nintendo said they were going to try and get the hardcore back, so for those of us who play games are on sites like this and watch Nintendo Directs and Nintendo have probably done a good enough job, with as much as they felt they could show us. There will be so many Nintendo Fans who just stuck to handhelds after they were left holding their c**ks most of the year instead of playing new Wii games, and until they see new Nintendo games, they want, that once loyal group is not going to take the plunge. Especially with other new consoles on the horizon and 3rd party support for Nintendo once again under such scrutiny. e3 this year could stop all the headlines of doom and gloom forever, and I'm hoping Nintendo blows everyone away.

@SilentHunter382

Really??? I bought VC games and I don't mind. I bought most of the VC games I'm interested in the first time too should they have given me them for free on the Wii??? If you want to play your Wii VC games on your Wii U then you can, just transfer them from the Wii to your Wii U, if you want the extra gubbins, stop moaning and pay up.
