I love the Mario games, but the first film was pretty average. My tolerance for Jack Black is pretty low too, so when you have a film that has him singing more than once, it is gonna turn me off. The film was not made for me though - it was definitely made for a much younger audience and that is completely fine.

Obviously there can be animated films that appeal to all age groups (alot of Pixar’s amazing output), but unfortunately the Mario films are not. It’s a shame, but it is what it is. Am sure the film will make a crapload of dosh, so they will continue making them in the same kid-friendly (and ultimately soulless) vein.

I have to say that the vast majority of the games announced looked pretty terrible, with that chess game looking to be the worst of the whole presentation. Ah well, least I can save some money!

I have the PS4 set released by the same site awhile back - it's well made and a great collection, but it was expensive. Although there is some crossover with titles, I would still like this Switch version.

We are stocking these in the little indie games shop I work in, in Leeds (Console Portal). Blatant plug there, sorry!

I am not a fan of them though. They just look like joycons that have been left out in the sun for days and have faded badly.

One of my absolute favourite games of all time! It looks blinking magnificent on the Switch OLED screen too.

Although it is a huge improvement on the first game, unfortunately the soundtrack is good, but not quite as amazing as the first game's.

How about abit of Warioware Twisted next, Nintendo? An absolutely brilliant and fun game

Love the Kuru Kuru series.

The sequel on the gba is the best one, followed closely by the GameCube game. Both were only released in Japan, I think. Would be great to see them finally get a worldwide release

Good list, but I would whack Twisted at the top. It's such an awesome game - fun, inventive and an essential GBA game to own.

There's also a fab game about managing and setting up an aquarium. It's called Megaquarium.

Talk about being greedy! Really bad value for money. Reminds me of the recent Taito collection that had about 10 games on it.

I really hope people wise up to this crap and the Atari ones are bad sellers for LRG.

Apparently releasing crossover dlc for certain games completely ruins that game for some people in this thread. Probably the most ridiculous statement I have heard for awhile.

It's optional dlc. Don't download it.

Not sure a games company is going to not release some dlc because one person (on here) doesn't like it.

I blinking love Grindstone. So glad it got a mention in this list. Sure, it's not perfect, but I have been playing it on and off for the last few months and I still haven't finished the Main Quest.

As a gay man, I don't find this offensive at all. Then again, it does take alot to offend me anyways. It just reads like a child has written it.

Love this game! Not many seem to have heard of it either.

I love my Evercade. It's a great system. Although, by no means perfect, I heartily recommend one to anyone who is even remotely tempted by it. I have had no issues with the screen at all and the D-pad is excellent. It's getting a steady stream of releases too. The Codemasters Collection was a real surprise - I love the Dizzy games.

I bought the original GameCube release years ago and loved it. Was well excited to hear it was coming to the Switch though. Day one purchase for me. Such a brilliant game and has aged so well. The best game in the Mr Driller series, in my opinion.
