I don't belive Nintendo has officially stated that the NX is a hybrid console yet, so isn't this technically a rumor? Well, if this is true then I won't be getting it anytime soon. I really don't like the idea of VR games. (Plus I'm not sure how it would work with me wearing glasses anyway.) I'll stick to the good old games where you cold sit an watch as someone else plays them thank you very much.
Sooo... They're taking away everything that differentiates pokemon from SMT? Yeeeeaah no. Pokemon doesn't need to be "Edgy" It's pokemon for Arceus' sake! I wish people would stop thinking tha "Enjoyable by Adults" means "Dark and Edgy with random Swearing." They claim to be "Fixing" Pokemon, by taking away the very things that make it Pokemon. Just make up some new creatures and release it as a real game instead.
Well, I came for logical discussion on the article, and all I got was loads of whining. Should we have gotten every feature that japan got? Yes. Would it have destroyed any chance of it selling well due to a higher age rating? Also yes. Now stop whining about it. You're not getting the game because it's been translated, we get it. Anyway, I can't wait for Conquest to arrive. Though I already knew everything in this article from the build-up to the JP launch, it's still getting me more hyped for this.
Yay, Fates is finally here! I've only been waiting around 20 months since the annoucnment trailer. I just pre-ordered Conquest, and will probably download the other paths as soon as I have the money. Also, I'm glad to see that the download bonus theme is available to buy separetly, as I hardly ever get a download if there's a physical release, but I don't like missing out on those themes.
I shouldn't even be buying FE: Conquest at all, since I'll be borrowing money for it... But even so, I'm tempted to buy the season pass for this. Even if I don't, I'll be getting Before Awakening & Vanguard Dawn for sure. Tie-in to Awakening, and remake of my favorite FE level of all time? Much better than with Awakening's "New Artwork of an old character who isn't even really that character, just a TCG card who thinks they're real."
I hope this is because they're going to hold a Nintendo Direct around the same time, and have thier own E3 instead. But at least it proves that Zelda WiiU exists, and isn't just a myth to sell the WiiU
"while making it more accessible in comparison to the Fire Emblem games for Nintendo's dedicated gaming systems" I hope this is in the same way as Awakening, lots of option to make it easier that you can completely ignore if you want to play a vaguely challenging game, otherwise it's gonna get tons of hate from the FE fanbase. What am I saying, it's going to anyway.
Hmm, on the one hand, Mobile games. On the other, Fire Emblem. If this means not getting a FE game on the WiiU or NX then I'm annoyed, but otherwise, it will be good for drawing in new fans. Also, how long do you bet the UK will have to wait for this once the US version has launched?
Nintendo is making me seriously regret buying the WiiU. I pretty much bought it for Hyrule Warriors and this, and now it's been delayed again! Also, puching it back is missing a golden opportunity to release it for Zelda's 30th anniversary, now the anniversary game is a HD remake of a meh game. C'mon Nintendo, we've been waiting five years for a new console Zelda, hurry it up!
@Bsham Yeah, see that's kinda exactly what I meant. If 12 hours is a long window for pre-orders, there's something seriously wrong. Game had a special editon for A Link Between Worlds when that first came out, and the pre-orders were actually open for long enough that poeple could actually, you know, pre order it. Nintendo are just making artificial scarcity, and it'll only hurt them, through loss of potential customers for this game and others in the future.
Well, I wait for this for months, and then it sells out 20 minutes before I find out about it... Yeah, if Nintendo keeps this lack of stock thing up, they're going to lose a lot of customers. First the Amiibos, then this.
