People do realise that the fan votes only make up about 10% of the final votes. So the fact that there's two nominees from nintendo meant close to nothing

Don't have a problem with that except for the rumours that sony paid capcom more to not release the game on the switch. Which i find pretty scummy.

My main of Splatoon 2 is back!

@bolt05 being a good sniper is really really hard, almost played 150 hours sniper in Splatoon 1 and still wasn't that great with the long range rifles. So i recommend the squiffer, you don't have to charge that long and can still one-shot opponents (and you still get that satisfying kill sound)

I consider myself a hardcore gamer (because i play games all the time) and i'm really happy with the switch library until now. I was never at the point where i didn't know what to play and i only got 5 games (zelda, arms, mk8, splatoon2, shovel knight). That said, i really don't understand people already having 40+ games. I mean i've been playing almost all the time and still have a lot of titles on the eshop that i'm planning on buying but i won't until i get tired of all the previous ones. So can anyone with 40+ titles please explain to me how this is possible. Do you get tired of games really fast?

Ok people but what is it now? If Nintendo locks too much content behind amiibos people will complain that it's paid dlc and shouldn't be locked away on a figurine.
And if nintendo only puts cosmetics or little unlockables on them people will complain that they're not worth their money. Nintendo can't be in the right here.

Ugh stop saying Alex's 10 isn't right. I mean a lot of people on here said that they would've given the original game a 10/10 me included. Yeah sure it had it's problems, but i still played it over 200 hours and a game that keeps me hooked for so long is definitely a 10/10. And if the first one was so good why the second one will certainly be better. I mean i read IGN's review and they gave the original an 8.6 and the new one an 8.3. I just don't get it because they never mentioned anything like "this is worse than in the first" in their review. They only stated improvements. Heck these review scores are so unnecessary. just read the review and stop complaining about a number

@dkxcalibur You can't play it? You can download almost all of these games on the wii u e-shop and in the future maybe on the switch e-shop. The only special thing about this is that it's a smaller version of an older console. But you can play all of them nonetheless. And yes i'm aware that this thing contains the unreleased Star Fox 2 but even this game will probably some time be available on an e-shop or else just download a ROM. I mean i am against emulators but if there's realy no other way you can play it then i see no problem with that.

aw come on! I realy don't get people being angry at a company because they weren't able to get on of their products. I mean without that company these products would've never been created in the first place.

I mean i didn't get a NES mini, i was planning to get one but couldn't you know why. But was i mad about that? Of course not!. If the product hadn't been announced in the first place noone would have been mad. But now everyone freaks out? I mean if you can choose between "some people can have but not you" and "noone can have fun". Which would you choose? If you choose the latter one you're being pretty selfish IMO.

A leak on 4chan a while ago correctly predicted MHXX and MHW for PS4. The source also states that the "portable" MH will stay on nintendo consoles but we dont know if that's 3ds or switch. Furthermore the source says that Sony specificaly paid Capcom to not release it on switch, probably because they want to reduce nintendo switch sales in Japan.

Well and now to the game: nothing can realy be said about the gameplay if you remember that the mh 4 announcement trailer also consisted of a guy runinng away from a monster which isn't realy the thing you do in MH4. Still very sad about that move from Capcom but a very good business decision from sony i'll admit that. Hope the classic MH will release on switch nonetheless because i'm not realy keen on buying a ps4 just for that game

@LeRaposa I think they only announced that you will be able to play xbox one games on the xbox one x. or did i miss something? If you're reffering to that then you can hardly compare that with nintendo. I mean the xbox one x is not a completely new console generation and that's just backwards compability. Nintendo has always done that except for when the game format changed

Yeah i get your point. But the japanese culture is different from the western. In japan this petting minigame is considered fairly normal. But if someone sees you in the USA pettibg a virtual person you'll be considered creepy. So i think it's pretty logical to put it in the japanese version and cut it in the western one. I don't know how japanese people feel about this minigame but i suppose it's rather accepted by them. I bet most of them are happy about this inclusion while i think most of americans would laugh about it.
