This could be a great game for the 3ds and I will probably buy it. However a lot of people wanted a wii u metroid game. Let's hope the big N get the message and the NX gets a full on metroid game.

Watching the media briefing about Yoshi's Woolly World I can see where all the Woolly Yoshi amiibo went!

Yoshi pre ordered (out next week in Europe), super Mario maker , Zelda, xenoblade, star Fox and possibly metroid prime fed. Just need more to last to the nx. Future directs need to deliver but not holding out any hopes . Retro what have you got? VC we need you too. And some quality Indy . It's not all bad but it could and perhaps should better

I have waited till now to comment about yesterday. I rewatched the broadcast, just to help clear my thoughts about it. Just very disappointed overall. Its nice to see the 3DS have a few more games as there a real lack of games for the rest of the year / early 2016. However the Wii U has been left wanting. Yes i know we have super mario maker and star fox. Looking forward to both after watching some of the Treehouse footage of star fox. Xenoblade X is a marmite type of game. You will love it or hate and in europe it will not sale too well (i hope i am wrong as i am going to try it). Zelda is still a long way off and will probably be the Wii U's swansong. The lack of 1 or 2 more big releases hurts - a real Metroid game, F-Zero, Wave race, Diddy kong racing, Mario Galaxy/Sunshine, a real Animal crossing, Mario strikers etc. Nintendo you have a great list to choose from. That's why i and judging by the rest of the comments most people feel disappointment. Also no news on the VC (N64, Gamecube, other consoles TG16 Sega etc). That needs addressing. The Indy game demos is a great idea, but there must be more you can show. The best thing for me to come out of E3 is the backward compatibility for Xbox 360 on the Xbox 1. Now i can upgrade and hopefully take most of me 360 games with me.

Would love a new diddy kong racing . Loved the original, not so keen on the touch screen extras on the ds version. Mind you I also want a new metroid. So let's dream we will get both.

Yes please. This needs to come to Wii U. Liked minecraft on my 360 but bored of it now. With all the different lego themes this could be amazing.

Time will tell, but i do hope so. Wii U is lacking in this style of game currently.

Not happy, but not surprised. I was looking forward to this. Feel for anyone who backed this. Poor form on the developer. Sounds like they have struggled to optimize the xbox1 and ps4 versions and haven't a clue on the Wii u. Shame

The last test fires made me pre order the game. Looking forward to release day

Having read through all the above comments (lots of great points by the way), the 1 thing missing is the ability of a sale to catch a person to buy a game who never would in the first place. I have brought multiple games on both my Wii U and my 3ds eshops I would never of tried otherwise. I will always read a review or 2 and then give them a go. I like both eshops - yes they can be improved (more virtual console games please), but I generally buy a game if I like the look and sound of it. Some new, some in the sales. Note not all games get discounted. Bought Ultratron yesterday (loving it by the way) knowing that in a month or 2 it will be discounted. I just thought it was worth the money. And that may be the point. What is the game worth to you?

Good news for us. Looks like the big N is testing the servers with as many people as possible.

I like the vc on both the Wii U and 3DS, but there is much room for improvement. We need a user account system for a start. Yes we would like lower prices but think most of us would be happy with more games. Come on Nintendo use these games from your back catalogue. Fill the gaps from the lack of third party releases. Make a big thing of it too. It is what makes you different from Microsoft and Sony. N64, Gamecube, more SNES, SEGA etc. How about big third party releases from those systems too.

Bought 3D Super Hang-On and Galaxy Force 2 a few weeks ago. Oh well Space Harrier and Streets of Rage it is then. Oh and Zero mission, had it on my GBA. Well recommended

I spent many hours playing the Amiga version. It was great.

Very few games used more than a few buttons on the keyboard when the joystick was used. These keys could be mapped to buttons on the classic Controller, or GC Pad. Games like Gunship would need a virtual keyboard or usb keyboard. Lets hope all the options are there to use. Being on Turrican and Turrican 2

I would perfer an N64 controller for the wii, but its better than nothing.

I remember playing thunder blade on my C64, and that was way better than this. Do NOT download.

I had never played this before, but i had heard so many great things about it i had to download it. Brillant. This game is huge and first time round if you are like me and have to collect all the power ups, you will spend 20+ hours. All time well spend. This is right up there as one of the best run & gun side scrollers. (almost as good as Turrican 2 on the amiga).

Good clean fun. Very addictive. A little pricey. Can also be found on the sonic mega collection for the gamecube. My missus loves it.

I still play both Turrican 1 and 2 on my amiga. If this is half as good, it will be a must download. Please big N, release this and super turrican 2 soon.

One of the best games ever made. No need to say more

The best game on the N64 (thats saying something with the likes of Goldeneye and Zelda O of T). Not too differcult to complete, but to get the full 120 stars, that will take you a while.
On a side note please Big N, release a wii compatible N64 controller. This game (like alot of N64 games) was built around the N64 controller. The classic & gamecube controllers are fine, but just don't feel right.

The best multiplayer mario kart there is. There is nothing better than getting reveage in battle mode as the bomb.

Excellant game, but only one. Come on big N sort it out.
