@thesilverbrick You should learn to not jump to conclusions to much and maybe just wait and see what the game is like outside of an introduction trailer. Calm down, they said this is a full RPG and they also said there's a mainline game coming next year.
I'd be happy with a new Mario Baseball. Still play it for the GameCube all the time. That being said, a quick Google search of RBI 18 would do you good, as they have changed developers and completely rebuilt the game from the ground up, those who have previewed it are optimistic.
I mean, my nieces absolutely love all these movies? Like, they're not Disney/Pixar, but they're certainly the 2nd best big animation studio around. Sing was a fantastic movie, as was the first Despicable Me. The Secret Life of Pets was their weakest one, but my nieces' favorite, so who cares what some old fogies think? Not everything it made for everyone.
That's fine if you don't want these, you aren't the general audience, if the majority of Switch owners were on this site, I'm sure the people running it would be very happy, but they aren't. These are things any device should have, really.
Anyways, Crunchyroll is so 2016. It's about their new service, VRV, now.
The article doesn't mention other, weirder titles that came out around then, more likely to hold the easter egg, such as the three Mario Early Years titles, and Mario's Time Machine.
@TheMisterManGuy If games finished development "well before release" Day One patches wouldn't exist. Of the 20+ games I worked on from various developers, none of them were not being worked on up until and through their release dates.
@TheMisterManGuy That is absolutely not how game development works. When I was at 2K, the DLC wasn't worked on by QA until a month after the game was released and the first couple patches were completed. Same with Bioshock, X-COM, etc.
Anyways, I love how people are complaining they're getting an incomplete game now when none of them know the scope of the base game. "I'm cancelling my pre-order!" Yells the person who was so upset there was going to be a Mario+Rabbids game when the rumors were around before it was officially announced. Don't be so reactionary, it's unbecoming.

Re: Never-Before-Seen Pokémon Designs Show How Gold And Silver Could Have Been Very Different
@AlexOlney There's already a link to play the actual ROM in the spreadsheet, but it seems it is in Japanese and takes some fenagling.
Also, am I the only one who really likes the original Legendary Dag designs?

Re: Video: The 21 Best GameCube Games Money Can Buy
No Mario Golf and/or Mario Baseball? Bad list, brah.
Re: Poll: Which is the Best Super Mario Game?
Super Mario RPG
Re: Video: An Exclusive Look at Poi: Explorer Edition on Nintendo Switch
Have it for PC. Played it a couple months ago. It's....fine. I haven't turned it on since, if that means anything.
Re: Rogue Trooper Redux to Arrive on Switch Alongside Other Console Versions
This was one of my favorite games for the original X-Box, so I'm looking forward to this release.

Is there single-cart multiplayer or does everyone need the game?

Re: Stardew Valley is "Coming Along Very Well" for Nintendo Switch
By testing, do they mean they sent it to Nintendo for compliance testing? QA process should be going on throughout development.

Man, I'm going to have too many games for the Switch!
Re: Rogue Trooper Redux Price and Release Window Revealed
Played this back on the XBox original. It is actually a very fun shooter. Gears of War before Gears of War. Based on a comic book of the same name.
Re: New Nikkei Report Accuses Konami Of Blacklisting Past Employees
Yeah, I used to work there, I can see this totally being a thing. Super petty people in management.
