Congratulations to them, well deserved. I just recently beat it today and I was surprised by that ending to say the least. I enjoyed every minute and the many side quests that I managed to figure out. Might give it another go to get 100%.
@Faucet Kinda gives me that Elden Ring feel. I honestly am having a ton of fun getting lost and just going back and forth between areas whenever I hit a wall. All the side quests definitely fill out the world nicely with things to do.
Being a fan of both old school Zelda and FromSoftware games, this is right up my alley. I initially thought it would be easier like Shovel Knight, but boy oh boy this game requires you learn it's mechanics to advance (or you can just turn on the assists). Since I'm a bit of a masochist, I love retrying puzzles and bosses until I break through and this has those in spades. It definitely is a game I will purchase again when it comes to Switch 1, but for now I'll enjoy it on my XBOX.
It would seem difficult to make a movie about a protagonist who rarely if ever speaks in a strange and dangerous world seem interesting. But then I remembered the show Primal. Which is why I think Metroid would work best as an animted TV show. Metroid otherwise is just not one of those franchises that can translate the experience of the game to the big screen.

@Ryu_Niiyama dang, I totally forgot about Sheva, one of my favorite lady protagonist. I had seen some weeks ago that the actress was teasing something on her socials, could it be a remake?? I'd hope to heck so.
@TYRANACLES wouldn't it be cool if they remade Darkside Chronicles with the modern graphics and control scheme?! Man, I'd love it just to expand Leon's story more and give me more of my fav fallen soldier Jack Krauser.
So you have no problem with people pirating (stealing) old games but AI (also stealing) is where you draw the line? At least, this is how the article comes off as.
@MrGawain there was literally a trilogy of games that have come out since that wasn't about those things. Who's to say they won't take inspiration from those? (Yes I realize her look in the pic is very OG Lara but it doesn't mean there can't be depth).
@Smithicus probably the same vibe I got when she was announced to play Jean Grey in the xmen movie. Well, here's hoping she can pull it off. Angelina is still my favorite in that role.
Glad it's been bumped up to 60 frames (still don't understand how the xbox 360 was able to pull it off but the Switch wasn't), but i was hoping the "upgrade" had included all the missing music tracks from the original. Still, it's full of charm and worth a playthru or two.

I know he looks like his Final Fight iteration, but the Hugo version is my preferred appearance. And yes I do know there's an entire family of Andore, so chances are the one in the trailer isn't Hugo.
