@Yasume I doubt every game, including very recent games, would actually be on PS Now. Even then I'm totally not convinced of streaming games, I'd rather actually own them. Can't we all just love video games? Why must we fanboy over everything?
@Yasume That's really subjective. The PS4 is missing out of the box backwards compatibility, which sucks because I want both KH3 and Persona 5 on one console. Also, I like how Sakurai says he likes the PS4; then everyone turns it into a console war argument.
Now this is what Nintendo needs: devs not being snobs and jerks as well as talking up the frigging thing. Seriously, with all this negative press, you'd think it be affecting sales or something...
@Kirk I want Nintendo to succeed, but I want them to still be Nintendo. I know I'm probably the minority, but I don't think Nintendo should do what Sony and Microsoft are doing. The PS4 and Xbone may be tech wise better, but game wise suck right now. Neither are really that impressive when you get down to it. The cost of building those things must be huge, and for what? A stronger PS3? Stronger 360? Kinect 2.0? Right now the Wii U has the better games, and while they have lost the AAA 3rd party (for now anyway), maybe it's time people gave the indies more of chance. I don't game for power, I game to have fun. I enjoy Nintendo for Nintendo, whether or not they beat the competition or end up selling a healthy amount of Wii Us. No one is asking you to pretend the Wii U is great, if you don't enjoy the it, that's fine. What I am asking is that people accept that the Nintendo of the past is the same Nintendo as now, just in a way different position.
@btao Like other people said before: Nintendo is not going to grow with you. The real problem is that you are too busy comparing who they are to what you want them to be. Listen, @Kirk too if you're reading this, the glory days of the NES/SNES days are gone, and Nintendo's violent grasp on the industry is gone too. Gaming has changed far too much from those days, the more you try to compare Nintendo who they are now to they were, the more distant you'll become towards them.
@brucelebnd Most hate I see come from either: disillusioned gamers (people who wanted Nintendo to grow up with them, or carry false ideas about Nintendo in general) or fanboys (past-Nintendo or the competition).
Nintendo themselves haven't made it easy for them to receive praise. "Where is the 3rd party?", "This online sucks!", "Why are my games tied to the hardware?", the list goes on. I'll admit flat out Nintendo makes mistakes, Iwata mistakes, and even our game design king Miyamoto makes mistakes (Sticker Star anyone?). Whether or not they can recover, depends entirely on their actions and gamers being able accept who Nintendo is now, and not what they want them to be.
Actually I, puts on flame shield, thought Waluigi would be a terrible character, combined with the fact that Mario characters take up alot of character slots anyway. So yeah, completely fine with this.
@Player4 That's pretty debatable. I thought it was a rushed and boring experience to be nice and a huge disapointment. Check out the worst game purchase thread if you more more of my opinion of that train wreck.
@Gridatttack In the first Zelda and Link's Adventure faries did indeed restore you to full health, A Link to The Past started the trend that only Heart Containers do that (in the first game they'd just add a heart and give you 1 heart back).
@FullbringIchigo Preach it! I like homebrew as much as the next guy, but it'll only take a while before games get dumped onto the internet leading to piracy. Wii U Hax staff, if you're reading this: I hope you realized you've opened a can of worms. Some one report this to Nintendo quickly. I'm sorry guys, but this is not the time hacking .
@B3ND3R It's being developed Etrian Odyssey team, so I think they may just be using an engine similar to it (from what I've seen). So it makes sense it's on 3DS.
I'm... not to sure about this game tbh. I think it looks great, but it looks YI SNES 3DS edition. Also, I hope the music on par to SNES Yoshi's Island and not DS. The music in that game was far too subdued, in comparison to the SNES's loud and energetic soundtrack.
@SirQuincealot The game is half platformer, half god sim. You can only play the platforming levels when you: a) visit the area for the first time or b) have to beat the boss of the area.
Insert comments about lack third party games being Nintendo fault, ignoring 3rd party's guilt. Insert rebuttal as to why it is also the third parties fault. There, saved us a bunch of arguing.
Oh boy guys! It's shovel ware! Look, we get it Ubisoft. Your games aren't selling well on Wii U (or are they? I wouldn't know), but that is no reason to give us crap and expect it to sell! Give us your A-game effort and advertise the crap out of it and maybe you'll end up with a huge seller.
I still don't know this game's gonna play. SA with co-op? Open world game? Beat em up? What? I'll play it by ear and see how it goes; if it's good: throw it into my backlog! If not, ScrewAttack this game.

@Blizzaga @Captain_Toad I third that.

Re: Super Smash Bros. Director Masahiro Sakurai Seems To Quite Like The PS4
@AVahne You just described the 3DS and Vita situation. Only the 3DS is the one with sales ironically.

Month of Yoshi! Yeah!

Re: Nicalis Boss Tyrone Rodriguez Thinks The Wii U GamePad Is "A Waste Of Time And Resources"
All I see is basically: "I don't like the Wii U game pad, therefore: no one likes it!"
And he then receives the hate mail to be expected.

Re: Gardening Mama Is Gleefully Smearing Her Green Fingers All Over The 3DS This April
Oh boy, more Mama games? TBH I totally forgot these games exist. Now it's on 3DS? Well if you enjoy mini-game collections, then I guess it's hype.

Yep, the Wii U clearly doesn't have any 3rd party suport.
Does everyone forget the eShop exists? And Indies too?

Re: Pre-orders for Mario Kart Ride-on Available at Toys 'R Us in the United States
I wonder if Mario still has his time machine? My younger self would love this...

Please don't let this be another Sonic Chronicles. Please SEGA.
