I can only assume that at E3, Nintendo will also have to show us a little bit of the new Zelda Wii-U game, at least some images or character models in a video package. This E3 will be a huge one for Sony and Microsoft, so I wouldn't be suprised if Nintendo is holding their cards close to their chest and that the new Zelda game is further ahead in development than they let on.
I'm guessing its info about wii-u games we already know about, a couple smaller eshop title announcements, wii-u OS updates (VC?) and maybe a couple teases for upcoming big releases, without showing any footage or naming them outright.
Not a surprise really. Seems to me that most people on iOS just download the free versions of a lot of these games and don't pay money for them. My girlfriend has an iPad with like 20+ 'games' she plays, and I doubt she has paid money for more than 3-4 of them.
I've put 25-30 hours into the game so far (three play throughs) and only experienced one glitch (my character got stuck in a crouch while looting) during the first twenty minutes of play. Since then, never had any issues.
In Canada over the holidays, many retailers were selling the 3DSXL for $149 and they were flying off the shelves. I would imagine that when the North American sales numbers for December come out, we will see quite a boost.
LOL@ those who think having no region locks would stop people from pirating games or that there are people out there who have hacked consoles who DON'T download games.
Every single person who runs homebrew on their DS or Wii has copied games, myself included.
I thought the graphics were sharp and colourful (based on the demo), and the 3D was pretty good and added depth, but I found that having to draw with the stylus constantly was annoying and ruined the game for me.
@The_Fox Not really. Most of the 'flaws' pointed out by reviewers were things that didn't bother me at all, or we're things I felt 'enhanced' the game. I thought using a bat most of the game increased the tension througout, while other people found it boring or clumsy. Then people said one hit deaths were too much, while I felt it made you concentrate more. This game can really divide people base on their personal preferences or expectations.
ZombiU is one of the most original and enjoyable games I've played in a long time. I found a lot of the complaints people had (melee combat, not enough ammo, dark visuals, etc) were things that made me like the game even more!
I had to laugh when people complained it took "2-7 hits with a bat to kill a zombie, which is too much", as if there should be a set number of strikes haha.
We all know those games are on the way, so there's no need for Nintendo to show them to us now, then leaving them nothing to reveal to combat the debuts of new systems at E3. It's unfortunate you had to rant like a baby when it's obvious you have no understanding of how business works. Why you think a game company should be required to show you games coming out in 1-2 years within the first month of the systems release boggles the mind....
At E3 this year, Microsoft for sure, and maybe Sony, will be showing new hardware. Why would Nintendo show all their cards now (Zelda, Star Fox, Metroid, etc) then show up to E3 with nothing to reveal?
It's funny watching goofs on here rip on Nintendo when it's obvious they have no business sense themselves.
The Bioshock series is extremely overrated. The controls and shooting mechanics are god awful for a FPS. If it had these controls and was your standard military shooter, it would have been called garbage.
I have an adaptor (Mayflash brand) that lets you use original nes and snes controls with the wii/wii-u. By far one of the best things I've purchased for the wii.
I agree. I enjoy the game and it looks great, but I know that many of the puzzles I've "solved" were the result of me just randomly jumping and spawning boxes. This doesn't result in any satisfaction, and just leaves me thinking "how did that happen?"/
After playing ZombiU and finding out how cool it is to have that games radar system make a "ping" when zombies are nearby, I can't wait to hear it in the Aliens game.
@MultiMariosonic "Power of Illusion looks more like a GBA game than a 3DS game. Considering what 3DS is capable of, they could've done much better than that."
Are you kidding me? Have you even played the demo? It looks about 10X better than NSM2 and has probably the best 2-D side scrolling graphics on the 3DS.

Re: Goodbye Galaxy Games Responds To Renegade Kid's Piracy Claims
@Kirk
Haha! BS!
That you think people only pirate things they wouldn't have paid for anyways shows your naivety.

@Rizsparky
And you read Playboy only for the articles too, right?

Re: Nintendo Is Sorry For Wii U Load Times, Is Working On A Fix
Never had a single system crash and never had any load times more than 10-15 seconds
Re: 7000 Wii U Systems Stolen in Seattle
Just look for the Club Nintendo account that has over one million points, then track them down
Re: Kojima Productions: We Aren't Thinking About Metal Gear Rising On Wii U
Thats a shame. I was looking forward to watching 6 hours of Metal Gear cutscenes on the gamepad

I never thought I would be interested in a game called "Fruit"...
Re: Wii Mini Doesn't Include an SD Slot
So now its not even hackable either. Not much interest in this at all.

I have no idea why anyone would need upwards of 2TBs of space available for their Wii-U. Do you intend on downloading 80+ retail games?
