The scratches are very real. This is my second 3DS and it is happening to this now too. Don't act like an idiot. I love my 3DS and just want a new screen cover.

My question was "Do you think they will repair it?" and will it be free?
or cost something? and how much?

My screen on my 3DS is scratched in 4 places.
x2 scratches are from the generic screen scratch problem caused by closing the 3DS and putting it in your pocket for a walk.
the other 2 scratches are my fault and happened when cleaning my 3D screen and a tiny bit if grit made its way into my cleaning cloth ;-{

Do you think they would replace the plastic screen cover with the scratches on as I know the LCD underneath is perfect?

Confirmed you can not put a folder inside a folder.
(called nintendo repairs and help desk service center)

I have 46 DSiware titles (yes some are pants but some are ace)
So I like the folder option but my problem is this:

DSiware saves to internal memory. Mine is FULL because of dsiware and I dont even have half of them on my home screen (rest on SD card)

So basically I have too many titles to use so folders would be helpful, except I cant use the folders for the dsiware because my games wont fit on system memory.

So I am in the exact same situation, folders or not.

I have the dsiware version. Its pretty good but exremely difficult. I adore tower defence but for some reason I can not for the life of me beat the last stage!!
Everything I do fails even though previous levels were reletively easy.
Bad graphics even for dsiware though.

we had the 3D machine in europe too a while ago.
If it is the same 7 min movie then I am afraid I will not buy this... if the 7 min movie was a short clip of a longer film?... defo buy.

I eventually found the game in HMV. I searched EVERY shop in my area. Noone has it for sale. This is why it isn't selling here.
Game and Gamestation told me it is Nintendo's fault, stating that Nintendo are unreliable with stock.

The farming sim demo is intresting. I'm not into farming but this is the reason we needed a demo service... at least we can see how bad(or good) it is first hand.

FULL 3D MOVIES

One year ago Game and Gamestation were selling the 3DS at £230 when every single other retailer was selling it for £190.
One year ago I told them "by ripping off customers like this you are pushing them away and they will buy from other stores." "You sell games and only games... so why are your games more expensive than anywhere else on the highstreet?"

I hate to say "I told you so" but I am sick of being ripped off by this company so I exclaim a proud and big headed "I told you so!"

AR is brilliant, ive only just realized the pokedex has AR and on friday I will have kid icarus and a load of AR cards

check your registered games section and if kid icarus is their, then you registered it ok. this happened when I got mariokart wii a few years ago and it registered but gave me no stars... I emailed nintendo and they gave me 500 stars.

Demo for this game comes out on thursday in the UK so I am looking forward to giving this a try.

Thinking about it, I could load my 3DS with porn photos, copy them to system memory, and I can 1up this app.

I hear it is a free download in japan and there are only 360 individual images.

No magic needed.
3DS reads the data off of your SD card using a format/filesystem called FAT32.
This allows you to read files UP TO and INCLUDING 3.9Gigabytes in size.(which is still a lot) It also allows you to store a finite number of these on the HDD depending on the size total of the HDD you use.
It stops you from having a file over 4GB as it can NOT read any bigger.
This limit exists 'basically' because they didnt used to think you would need more than that when they invented it.
You can use other formats that can read more per file but they are not used by the Nintedo 3DS SD card. This goes for the PS3, Wii, XBOX360 and your digital camera.
These include NTFS and WBFS etc.
Stardust is correct and has just pointed out the ONLY limit on filesize for the 3DS.

Resident evil look incredible. Much better than anything on Wii and alsmost as good as xbox360.

I bought this game! It starts slow but then get very cool very quickly.
Just give it a chance.
It is like a Zelda adventure mixed with 3Dsonic rolling with final fantasy type battles but in realtime...and tower defense sprinkled on the top for good measure.
You get attacked by waves of baddies, you can run around attacking and killing each and win, or you can build towers to help you. During fights you warp to a battle arena and have to take out all the baddies (grogs) but during this fight the other grogs on your map are still getting closer to the castle and can still attack it, so this is a pretty action packed game.
I love it so far. Village 3 complete

Yes I noticed this too, very cool, even has the NMH noise as the battle enters.
quite a lot of Zelda love in this game. and sonic. and pixeljunk monsters.

Their is no limit. It depends on how much the dev wants to pay Nintendo per sale. The bigger the file, the more they have to pay to Nintendo per title sold. It seems to be size related payments with no limit at all.
I know someone who works for a certain company who gather happy faces who are making an eshop title.

I just spoke to game and gamestation. They are selling black,red,blue 3DS for £140 and the white one will be £155.

What a complete and total RIP OFF.
It is £136 at ASDA and online at Amazon for EVERY COLOUR.

oooh, I went off on one... my point is I loved the console war, as you can see I have always supported Nintendo but my brother had a master system and later a megadrive and to be honest we loved both for their individual games.
Marios and superscopes and starfox and Aliens on the Nintendo and jurrasic park and sonics and jungle strike on the sega.
we had many multi platform releases on both consoles (SNES/MEGADRIVE) and they were almost always better on the SNES except one game... Mortal Kombat.
This was the only real reason to own a megadrive over a SNES because of the blood lol.
THIS started a real WAR at school.lol.

I had a NES and a gameboy, then traded them for a SNES and a gbcolour, then traded them for an N64 (and a load of cash) and a gameboy advance, then upgraded them to a gamecube and GBSP, then traded them for a DS and a wii, then upgraded to a dslite, then dsi, and next week I will get me a 3DS Ice White and when it comes out, I will trade one of my wii's for a WiiU.

I am going to get a Nintendo 3DS Ice White next Friday and I am getting this as my first game!

I want a solitary white 3DS console. can only buy with mario 3d at the moment (I dont want this game and it puts the bundle up to £165 which is too much money)

When I can get me a £130 white 3DS I will be buying resident evil to play on it. This game looks really good.

I think if you use your imagination - you will realise this opens up whole new gameplay options... ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A 3DS!
Think about it, imagine a game console that KNOWS you have the handheld JUST BECAUSE IT IS IN YOUR HOUSE, and transfers certain demo's or info or tracks or levels or the whole WiiU game to game on the go.
