This doesn't really solve any of the actual problems with eShop discoverability. There are many tried-and-true solutions, like having a "you might also like" section on a game's store page, or a personalised "recommended" queue based on your previously played titles, but Nintendo never seems to favour doing what's obvious and being asked for by fans and users in favour of pulling random verbs and nouns out of a hat and stringing them into a corporate action statement.
I'm so glad consoles are finally getting mod capabilities now. There are some epic Doom WADs and rebuilds that would be great to have on console. I wonder if Bethesda would ever allow Brutal Doom to be "certified" for this.
My comment, which jokingly said the only people more fragile than the Chinese are those in the comment sections of the internet, was deleted. Thank you for proving my point.

More pandering to the Chinese market, which no doubt influenced other aspects of development too, such as removing undead enemies or aspects of Greek culture like ancestor worship.
Hopefully it's part of a trend, including the two GBA games, as well as a Metroid Prime Trilogy re-release. Then again, I suspected we'd have seen WWHD and TPHD ported to Switch by now but that hasn't happened.
You know what I'm not playing? Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles It still hasn't been made available on the Australian or New Zealand eShop after it was removed months ago.

Re: Random: The NSO Icon On The Switch Home Menu Is Driving Some Users Crazy
