Animal Crossing

Update: Nintendo's English support page has released its own patch notes. Take a look below:

1.2.1 Update

It's also been confirmed the latest update patches out the recently discovered duplication glitches.

Original story: Exactly one month after the previous update, Nintendo has now released a new patch for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It takes the game from Version 1.2.0 to Version 1.2.1. Unfortunately, the English patch notes aren't available on Nintendo's support website just yet, so we'll just have to settle with the Japanese ones:

According to the notes on this support page, the update fixes some bugs, but as usual, it doesn't go into any detail. If you want to be able to continue enjoying the game's multiplayer, locally and online, you'll need to update to this latest patch.

Apart from that, there are some theories that this update might have fixed the recently discovered duplication glitches. If we hear anything else about this, we'll be sure to let you know.
