Anyone else wish DK would somersault off of baddies like in the original instead of doing that lame and delayed fist bounce? I really hate how it looks. :/
@pixelman Don't worry, it's in the game. I saw him do a somersault after jumping on an enemy in one of IGN's videos. I guess it depends on your jump or something.
Holy crap this game look fraderkin amazing. Like seriously I don't even know what to say right now. I didn't think this would be as good as Kirby's Epic Yarn or Epic Mickey but I'm not so sure about that anymore..... Seriously speechless.

Cannot wait for DKC Returns! I played all 3 DKC games when they were released in the '90s! I hope King K. Rool makes an appearance in the end but with the hole "nintendo is to nice to use Rare's ideas without them" thing I'm sure he won't

That epic 'Eruption' trailer and the Nintendo Power cover story have done wonders in convincing me to buy this game. Awesome stuff FTW!!
Yeah these wicked trailers were making it impossible for me to wait until Christmas. Went to Gamestop today with a few games to trade in (they are doing a promo now for DKC Returns), and I got DKCR fully paid off, and put down $5 on 25th ann. All-Stars.

Yup all this new goodness has convinced me to trade in Metroid: Other M for a pre-order as soon as I beat it.
Yeah, thats one I parted with today, since it is fairly new and worth more. After beating Metroid: Other M, I really felt no urge to go back and play it again, even though I had a fun playthrough.

My only concern is Super Kong. The idea of a guide that comes out once you fail too many times isn't what's bothering me. It's that Super Kong will come back on the DK crew more and soon he will be in Mario Spin-offs, like with Funky Kong and Mario Kart Wii. If that happens, then they might turn into the Sonic series.
